The family-friendly and comfortable 4-star Sandy Beach Hotel is just 50 m from the fine sandy, gently sloping Marmari beach, which can be reached via the coastal road. Restaurants, tavernas, and shops are in the vicinity. A bus stop is located in front of the hotel. The airport is approx. 15 km away.

The very well-maintained complex impresses with its diverse offerings and excellent service. In addition to a total of 239 rooms and suites, the hotel features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, satellite TV room, main restaurant with terrace, Italian restaurant, Greek taverna (drinks not included here), bar, cocktail bar, waffle shop, mini-market, and boutique. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the beautifully landscaped garden, 2 freshwater swimming pools offer refreshment, and the sun terraces with 2 pool bars invite you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach; beach towels are provided free of charge. These can be changed free of charge every four days; earlier changes are possible for a fee. There is also a water park with 3 slides for all ages.

After a renovation for Summer 2024, these rooms feature a fresher design and additional amenities. They are located in the main building and have a bath/WC with a cosmetic mirror and toiletries, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), an additional ceiling fan, a 54-inch flat-screen TV with HDMI connection, a full-length mirror, telephone, safe, mini-fridge (filled daily with 2 small bottles of water), and a coffee/tea maker (replenished daily) and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI). The Double Rooms Superior Sharing Pool have a freshly renovated living/sleeping area. The private terrace invites you to linger with a table and 2 chairs and sun loungers, and offers direct access to the pool. The Junior Suites, renovated in 2023, are more spacious and feature a sofa bed next to a visual separation. In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, they also offer bathrobes and slippers, a ceiling fan, a coffee/tea corner with an espresso machine (daily replenished with coffee, tea, and 4 coffee capsules), and a daily replenished minibar with 2 bottles of water, soft drinks, juice, and beer each, and are located on the sea side (JL2/JSF).

Family Room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (F2U/BFS).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) as a rich buffet in the main restaurant, Sundays with sparkling wine and crêpes. Early bird breakfast (5 AM - 7 AM) as a continental buffet available on request. Lunch at the main restaurant (12:30 PM - 2 PM) or the Italian restaurant (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM). Dinner at the main restaurant (6:30 PM - 9 PM) or the Greek taverna (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, with 24-hour prior reservation, drinks at a charge). Information regarding climate resilience contribution

For stays from 1/1/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
