The Caravia Beach Hotel is located in a rural setting, directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Marmari. The town center is approximately 1 km away, while Kos Town and the airport are both about 13 km away. A bus stop is located approx. 300 m from the hotel.

The 392 rooms are located in a well-maintained garden area, spread across a 4-story main building and six 1-story row bungalows. The main building features a 24-hour reception, elevators, lounges, a TV room, a main restaurant (with an integrated Italian Corner and Grill Corner, inclusive), a conference room, a hairdresser in the Spa Wellness Center, and a mini-market. Additionally, there is a beach bar and a tavern. For guests staying in the Junior Suites, an exclusive adults-only area with the "Máina" restaurant and lounge bar is available. The large garden hosts a large freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, as well as a sun terrace and sunbathing lawns. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach. Pool towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Double Room

Equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, sitting area with a sofa bed for a 3rd person, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, and rental safe. The double rooms feature a French balcony (D) and are renovated.
Optionally available at an extra charge on the sea side without a balcony (2OY) or as a super economy room (limited quota, max. 2+1, SSZ).

Single Room

These are double rooms for single occupancy (DE/DEA).

Bungalows

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these bungalows additionally feature a living room separated by a sliding door with sofa beds, as well as a balcony or terrace (B12).

Junior Suite

The newly built Junior Suites, which can be booked for guests aged 16 and over, are located on the first floor with views of the blue lagoon pool and feature a shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, flatscreen TV, rental safe, mini-refrigerator, and a furnished balcony (JS2).
The Junior Suites are only bookable for guests aged 16 and over (including exclusive access to the adults-only area with restaurant and lounge bar).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the lagoon pool (SUJ).
The Junior Suites are only bookable for guests aged 16 and over (including exclusive access to the adults-only area with restaurant and lounge bar).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We request careful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Early bird breakfast (6-7 AM), breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) served buffet-style. Snacks, tea, and coffee from 10 AM-midnight.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as beer, wine, ouzo, gin, vodka, whiskey, and rum cocktails are included from 10 AM-midnight. Cappuccino, espresso, and premium brand drinks are available for an extra charge.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary requirements are available upon request. Please contact the reception for this. Children's menus are available.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurant.
