Location

The Hotel Caravia Beach is situated in a rural environment directly on the stunning sandy beach of Marmari. The village center is about 1 km away, while Kos Town and the airport are each located approximately 13 km away. A bus stop is located about 300 m away.

The 392 rooms are located in a well-maintained garden area, spread across a 4-story main building and six 1-story terraced bungalows. In the main building, there is a 24-hour reception, elevators, lounges, a TV room, a main restaurant (Italian Corner and Grill Corner integrated into the restaurant, included), and a conference room, hairdresser at the Spa Wellness Center, and a mini-market. Additionally, there is a beach bar and a tavern. For guests in the Junior Suite, an exclusive adults-only area with "Máina" restaurant and lounge bar is available. In the large garden, there is a large freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, the pool/snack bar, as well as a sun terrace and lawn areas. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach. Pool towels are available free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

Double Room

Equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, sitting area with sofa bed for a 3rd person, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, and rental safe. The double rooms feature a French balcony (D) and are renovated.
Alternatively available for a surcharge facing the sea side without a balcony (2OY) or as a Super Saver Room (limited availability, max. 2+1, SSZ).

Single Room

These are double rooms for sole occupancy (DE/DEA).

Bungalows

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, the bungalows additionally feature a living area separated by a sliding door with sofa beds, as well as a balcony or terrace (B12).

Junior Suite

The newly built Junior Suites, which can be booked for ages 16 and up, are located on the first floor with a view of the blue lagoon pool and feature shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, a flat-screen TV, rental safe, mini-refrigerator, and a furnished balcony (JS2).
The Junior Suites can only be booked for guests aged 16 and older (with exclusive access to the adults-only area with restaurant and lounge bar).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With otherwise the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these are located on the ground floor and feature access to the lagoon pool (SUJ).
The Junior Suites can only be booked for guests aged 16 and older (with exclusive access to the adults-only area with restaurant and lounge bar).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Early bird breakfast (6-7 AM), breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) in buffet style. Snacks, tea, and coffee from 10 AM to midnight.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as beer, wine, ouzo, gin, vodka, whisky, and rum cocktails are included from 10 AM to midnight. Cappuccino, espresso, and branded beverages are available for a fee.
Vegetarian dishes and food for special dietary needs are available upon request. Please contact the reception for this. Children's menus are available.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurant.

Sports included

Modern gym with three treadmills and wellness equipment beside large windows.

Sports for a fee

Two tennis courts with floodlights and water sports (10 AM - 6 PM) provided by local vendors.
From 2027, one of the tennis courts will be replaced by a paddle court.

Children's program

For children, there is a separate children's pool, a mini-club for ages 4–12, a playground, a mini-disco, as well as a children's water park with a pirate ship for ages 5–12.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
