Location

The Caravia Beach Hotel is situated in a rural setting directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Marmari. The town center is about 1 km away, while Kos Town and the airport are each approximately 13 km away. A bus stop is located about 300 m from the hotel.

The 392 rooms are set within a well-maintained garden, spread across a 4-story main building and six 1-story row bungalows. The main building houses a 24-hour reception, elevators, lounges, a TV room, a main restaurant (including Italian Corner and Grill Corner), a conference room, a hairdresser in the Spa Wellness Center, and a mini-market. Additionally, there is a beach bar and a taverna. Guests of the Junior Suite have access to an exclusive adults-only area with the "Máina" restaurant and lounge bar. The large garden features a spacious freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snackbar, sun terraces, and lawns. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and beach. Pool towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

Double Room

Equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area with a sofa bed for a 3rd person, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, and a rental safe. The double rooms feature a French balcony (D) and have been renovated.
Optionally available for an extra charge, rooms facing the sea without a balcony (2OY) or as economy rooms (limited availability, max. 2+1, SSZ).

Single Room

These are double rooms for single occupancy (DE/DEA).

Bungalow

While otherwise equipped like the double rooms, the bungalows also feature a living area separated by a sliding door with sofa beds, as well as a balcony or terrace (B12).

Junior Suite

The newly built Junior Suites, bookable for guests aged 16 and above, are located on the first floor overlooking the blue lagoon pool and feature a shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, a flatscreen TV, rental safe, mini-refrigerator, and a furnished balcony (JS2).
Junior Suites are only bookable for guests aged 16 and above (with exclusive access to the adults-only area with restaurant and lounge bar).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With otherwise identical amenities to the Junior Suites, these are located on the ground floor and feature direct access to the lagoon pool (SUJ).
Junior Suites are only bookable for guests aged 16 and above (with exclusive access to the adults-only area with restaurant and lounge bar).
The shared pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.

Early bird breakfast (6-7 am), breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) served buffet-style. Snacks, tea, and coffee available from 10 am to midnight.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wine, ouzo, gin, vodka, whiskey, and rum cocktails, are included from 10 am to midnight. Cappuccino, espresso, and branded drinks are available at an extra charge.
Vegetarian dishes and special dietary meals are available upon request. Please contact the reception for these. Children's menus are available.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurant.

Climate Resilience Levy Information

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, which is payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
