Location

The complex is located in a quiet area in the holiday region of Kos Town, in the Lambi district, on a side street and approx. 600 m from the long pebble/sand beach. The centre of Kos Town with its lively harbour can be easily reached on foot in approx. 2 km or by the regular town bus service. A bus stop is located nearby. The distance to the airport is approx. 23 kilometers.

A green oasis with stylish bungalows and a main house invites you to relax. In this "little paradise", as the owners call it, you will receive a warm welcome. The facility comprises a total of 97 rooms. The main building houses the reception hall with a 24-hour reception, safety deposit boxes for rent, internet corner (for a fee), free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a lounge area with seating areas, a TV corner with satellite TV, a restaurant and a bar. In the colourful blooming garden area is the swimming pool with sun terrace. Free sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the terrace. The pool/snack bar provides refreshments.

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these rooms are located in the bungalow building, are on the ground floor and have private loungers (DLU). Also bookable for three adults (DLR).
