The complex is quietly located in the holiday area of Kos Town, in the Lambi district, on a side street, approximately 600 m from the long shingle/sand beach. The center of Kos Town with its lively harbor can be reached comfortably on foot in approx. 2 km or by the regular city bus service. A bus stop is nearby. The distance to the airport is approx. 23 kilometers.

A green oasis with stylish bungalows and a main building invites you to relax. In this "little paradise", as the owners call it, you will be warmly welcomed. The complex has a total of 97 rooms. The main building houses the reception hall with a 24-hour reception, safety deposit boxes, internet corner (for a fee), free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a lounge area with seating, a TV corner with satellite TV, a restaurant and a bar. In the colorful blooming garden area is the swimming pool with sun terrace. Free sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the terrace. The pool/snackbar provides refreshments.

The renovated Superior Double Rooms have a shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning (incl.), ceiling fan, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, and coffee and tea making facilities with daily refills, balcony or terrace (DSU). Also bookable for three people (DSR).

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms are located in the bungalow building, on the ground floor, and have private loungers (DLU). Also bookable for three adults (DLR).

These classically designed rooms are located in the bungalow building and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV (German programs), refrigerator, safe (for a fee), telephone, hairdryer, bathtub and WC, balcony or terrace (B2A). Also bookable for three people (B3A).
