Location

The Mosay Kos All Suites Hotel is a new 5-star property for guests aged 12 and over, which harmoniously combines local tradition with modern design. Situated directly on the beachfront, the hotel offers immediate access to the "Lambi" beach section. The historic old town of Kos is only about 2.2 km away and easily accessible. Kos airport is approximately 25 km from the complex, and a bus stop is located about 300 m away.

Built in 2025, the hotel has 127 rooms designed for rest and relaxation. Amenities at the resort include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a main restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean) with an outdoor terrace, an à la carte restaurant (international), a pool bar, a beach bar, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel premises.
The well-maintained outdoor area features six pools equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Sun loungers and parasols are also included at the beach. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge.

Suite

The suites feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, Smart/satellite TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), espresso machine, coffee/tea station, and balcony (S2).
Optionally bookable with a whirlpool for an extra charge (S2J).

Superior Suite Sea View

With the same facilities as the suites, these offer a balcony with a magnificent sea view (SUM).

Premium Swim Up Suite

Otherwise identical in facilities to the standard suites, these are slightly more spacious and feature a terrace with access to the sharing pool (W2U).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request careful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Deluxe Suite Private Pool

The Deluxe Suites Private Pool are located on the ground floor and, with the same facilities as the Premium Suite, include a terrace and a private pool (2RN).
Also optionally bookable in a direct beachfront location (BSD) as a Deluxe Suite Private Pool Beachfront, or alternatively on the first floor with a balcony (SP2).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request careful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room since January 1, 2025.
