Location

The Mosay Kos All Suites Hotel is a new 5-star complex for guests aged 12 and over, harmoniously blending local tradition with modern design. Located directly on the beachfront, the hotel offers immediate access to the "Lambi" beach section. The historic old town of Kos is only about 2.2 km away and easily accessible. Kos Airport is around 25 km from the complex, and a bus stop is approximately 300 m away.

Built in 2025, the hotel has 127 rooms designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. The complex's amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean) with an outdoor terrace, an à la carte restaurant (international), a pool bar, a beach bar, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
The well-maintained outdoor area features six pools equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also included on the beach. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge.

The suites feature a shower/WC, cosmetic amenities, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, smart/satellite TV, safe, mini bar (for a fee), espresso machine, coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony (S2).
Optionally available with a whirlpool for an additional charge (S2J).

Superior Sea View Suite

With the same amenities as the suites, these rooms feature a balcony with a magnificent sea view (SUM).

Premium Swim Up Suite

These suites, with otherwise the same amenities as the standard suites, are slightly more spacious and feature a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool (W2U).

Deluxe Suite Private Pool

Located on the ground floor, the Deluxe Suites with Private Pool have the same amenities as the Premium Suites, plus a terrace and a private pool (2RN).
Optionally, they can also be booked in a beachfront location (BSD) as Deluxe Suite Private Pool Beachfront, or on the first floor with a balcony (SP2).

Suite Whirlpool

Similar to the Suite, additionally equipped with a whirlpool on the balcony (S2J).

Note for climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from 01.01.2025.
