Location

The Mosay Kos All Suites Hotel is a new 5-star resort for guests aged 12 and over, harmoniously combining local tradition with modern design. Located directly on the beachfront, the hotel offers direct access to the "Lambi" beach. The historic old town of Kos is only about 2.2 km away and easily accessible. Kos Airport is around 25 km from the resort, and a bus stop is about 300 m away.

Built in 2024, the hotel has 127 rooms inviting guests to relax and unwind. The resort's amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean) with an outdoor terrace, two à la carte restaurants (international), a pool bar, a beach bar, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
The well-maintained outdoor area features six pools equipped with sun loungers and sunshades. Sun loungers and sunshades are also included on the beach. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge.

The suites feature a shower/WC, cosmetic products, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, smart/satellite TV, safe, mini-bar (for a fee), espresso machine, coffee/tea maker, and a balcony (S2).
Available with a whirlpool for an extra charge (S2J).

Superior Suite Sea View

These suites offer the same amenities as the standard suites and feature a balcony with a magnificent sea view (SUM).

Premium Swim Up Suite

These suites are slightly more spacious than the standard suites, with the same amenities, and feature a terrace with access to the shared pool (W2U).

Deluxe Suite Private Pool

Located on the ground floor, the Deluxe Suites with private pool have the same amenities as the Premium Suite, plus a terrace and a private pool (2RN).
Optionally available as a Deluxe Suite Private Pool Beachfront with direct beach access (BSD), or on the first floor with a balcony (SP2).

Suite Whirlpool

Same as the Suite, with the addition of a whirlpool on the balcony (S2J).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 1.1.2025.
