The Adults Only hotel Theros All Suites, newly built for the summer of 2022 and bookable from the age of 16, is located in the popular area of Lambi, approximately 120 m from the pebble beach. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. Kos airport is accessible within approx. 22 km.

The modern complex features 88 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage room, and a buffet restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean cuisine) with show cooking. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are provided free of charge. Parking spaces at the hotel are available free of charge subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Suite Swim Up

The Swim Up Suites feature the same amenities as the Junior Suites, plus a terrace with a seating area and access to a shared pool for 4 rooms (SPS).

Suite Private Pool

These suites feature the same amenities as the Junior Suites, plus a private outdoor pool, sun loungers, and a terrace with a seating area, nest swing, and a comfortable daybed (SP2).

The suites feature the same amenities as the Junior Suites, plus a shower that leads to the outdoor area, a large wardrobe, living area with a couch, as well as a private pool and a terrace with a seating area, nest swing, and a comfortable daybed (1 room; 2RN).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request that you exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.

Breakfast is offered as a combination of buffet and à la carte.

Climate Resilience Tax Note

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting 1/1/2025.
For stays in the high season 1/4 - 31/10:
