Location

Newly built in Summer 2022, the adults-only hotel Theros All Suites is located in the popular resort of Lambi, approx. 120 m from the pebble beach. Shops and entertainment venues are in the vicinity. Kos Airport is approx. 22 km away.

The modern complex has 88 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage storage, and a buffet restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean cuisine) with show cooking. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Beach towels are available free of charge. Parking at the hotel is included, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

These Junior Suites Grand, with the same amenities, are located on the upper floors and have a terrace with a seating area, hammock, and a private roof garden (J2B).

Like the Junior Suite Grand, with the additional feature of a whirlpool (JJW).

These suites, with otherwise identical amenities to the Junior Suites, have a terrace with seating area and access to a shared pool for 4 rooms (SPS).

Suite private Pool

These suites, with otherwise identical amenities to the Junior Suites, have a private outdoor pool and sun loungers, as well as a terrace with seating area, hanging nest chair, and a comfortable daybed (SP2).

Suite Premium private Pool

These suites, with otherwise identical amenities to the Junior Suites, have a shower leading to the outdoor area, a large wardrobe and living area with a sofa, as well as a private pool and terrace with seating area, hanging nest chair, and a comfortable daybed (1 room; 2RN).

Breakfast is offered as a combination of buffet and à la carte.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 € per day and room.
