Location

The popular Lambi Resort is only 150 m from the sand/pebble beach. Some bars and shops are located nearby. Kos town with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities can be easily reached by bike or by the regularly running local bus in about 1.2 km. The bus stop can be reached in about 100 m. Kos Airport is about 25 km away.

The hotel, bookable as a schauinsland-reisen Original, has been extensively renovated in all public areas for Summer 2025 and consists of a main building and several residential buildings with a total of 144 rooms. Modern facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace, the lobby bar, and a mini-market. The spacious garden area features 2 swimming pools, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool/snackbar with a covered seating terrace. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is included.

Double room

The double rooms are modernly and tastefully furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, telephone, safe, and balcony or terrace (D/DI). Optionally also bookable with sea view (DM/DMI) as well as for single occupancy (DE/DEA) and for single occupancy with sea view (DEM/AME).

Double room swim up sharing pool

Have the same amenities as the double rooms and direct access to the new sharing pool (SWD/RUP). Optionally also bookable with sea view (MBS).
The sharing pool is not supervised. Please pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately.

Family room

The family rooms are somewhat more spacious with the same amenities and have a sleeping area separated by a sliding glass door (DF2).

Junior Suite

The junior suites are somewhat more spacious with the same amenities and have a bedroom and a living area with 2 comfortable sofas with a maximum capacity of 2 adults, separated by a connecting sliding door. They offer a spacious balcony or terrace and a bottle of water upon arrival (JS2).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM in buffet form with cold and hot dishes and show cooking. Occasionally there are theme nights. Cold and hot snacks and ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM, as well as coffee, tea, cake, and pastries from 5 PM to 6 PM.
Local non-alcoholic drinks (such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, various non-alcoholic cocktails, and juices) and alcoholic drinks (such as draft beer, house wine, ouzo, brandy, whiskey, vodka, gin, rum, and tequila) at the pool/snackbar from 10 AM to 6 PM and at the main bar from 5 PM to 11 PM included.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary needs are available.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
