Location

The popular Lambi Resort is located just 150 m from the sandy/pebbly beach. Several bars and shops can be found nearby. Kos Town, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, can be easily reached in approx. 1.2 km by bicycle or via the regularly operating city bus. The bus stop is reachable in approx. 100 m. Kos Airport is approx. 25 km away.

Extensively renovated in the summer of 2025 across all public areas, the hotel complex consists of a main building and several residential buildings with a total of 144 rooms. Modern facilities include an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace, a lobby bar, and a mini-market. The spacious garden area features 2 swimming pools, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, as well as a pool/snack bar with a covered seating terrace. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel.

Double room

The double rooms are modern and tastefully furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, telephone, safe, and a balcony or terrace (D/DI). Optionally bookable with sea view (DM/DMI) as well as for single use (DE/DEA) and for single use with sea view (DEM/AME).

Double room Swim up SharingPool

With otherwise identical features to the double rooms, these offer direct access to the new sharing pool (SWD/RUP/DFO). Optionally also bookable with a sea view (MBS/2DA).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
For this reason, for safety reasons, a minimum age of 6 years applies for children when booking these room types with schauinsland-reisen.

Family room

With the same amenities, the family rooms are slightly more spacious and feature a sleeping area separated by a sliding glass door (DF2).

Junior suite

With the same amenities, the junior suites are slightly more spacious and feature a bedroom and a living area with 2 comfortable sofas with a maximum capacity of 2 adults, separated by a connecting sliding door. They offer a spacious balcony or terrace and a bottle of water upon arrival (JS2).

Breakfast from 7:30-10:30, lunch from 12:30-14:30, and dinner from 18:30-21:30, all served buffet-style with hot and cold dishes and show cooking. Themed evenings are held occasionally. Cold and hot snacks and ice cream are available from 10:00-17:00, as well as coffee, tea, cake, and pastries from 17:00-18:00.
Local non-alcoholic drinks (such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, various non-alcoholic cocktails, and juices) and alcoholic drinks (such as draft beer, house wine, ouzo, brandy, whiskey, vodka, gin, rum, and tequila) are included at the pool/snack bar from 10:00-18:00 and at the main bar from 17:00-23:00.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary needs are available upon request. Please contact the reception for this.

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 1.1.2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
