The Grand Blue Hotel is situated in a beautiful hillside location with breathtaking views of the azure sea and is located in Kardamena, above a small, private sand/pebble beach. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. The village of Kardamena and a bus stop can be reached after approx. 500 m. Kos Airport is approx. 7 km away.

The sprawling, family-friendly complex has 230 bungalow-style rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, a lobby renovated in summer 2025, 3 elevators, an internet corner, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the complex, 2 buffet restaurants (Greek and international cuisine), 1 à la carte restaurant (reservation required), 4 bars, and a mini-market.
The well-maintained outdoor area features 3 swimming pools, one of which is for adults only, 2 children's pools, a pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the pool and beach.
Admission to the Lido Waterpark (open weather-permitting from June–September) with shuttle service from the hotel is included.

Superior double room renovated

The rooms, renovated in summer 2025, feature bath/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, smart TV, mini-fridge (bottle of water upon arrival), coffee/tea station refilled every two days, kettle, and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Optionally bookable for single use (DSE/DAE), with a sea view for an additional charge (DMU/DMI), or for single use with a sea view (DME/AME).

Deluxe double room sea view renovated

These modernly furnished rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and additionally feature a Nespresso machine, pillow menu, higher-quality bed linen, and a mini-fridge stocked with soft drinks upon arrival (DDM/MDI).

Comfort double room renovated

The more spacious comfort double rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms and consist of a combined living/bedroom and a separate bedroom (DKO).

Junior suite renovated

The elegant junior suites were renovated in summer 2025 and consist of a combined living/bedroom and a separate bedroom, with the same amenities as the superior double rooms (JS2/JSI).

Grand Blue suite sea view renovated

These suites offer the same amenities as the junior suite but with smart TVs in both the bedroom and living/bedroom, a Nespresso machine (including refills every two days), and a balcony or terrace with a sea view (J2M). In addition, guests in this room category receive a free rental car for one day for a minimum stay of 5 nights, as well as a mini-fridge stocked with soft drinks upon arrival.

The elegant family suites were renovated in summer 2025 and feature a living room with a sofa bed for the children, a separate bedroom, bath/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, smart TV, mini-fridge (bottle of water upon arrival), coffee/tea station refilled every two days, kettle, and a balcony or terrace (2FS).

Breakfast (7-10 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) are offered in the buffet restaurants.
Alternatively, a late riser breakfast (10-11 a.m.) or dinner in the à la carte restaurant (reservation required) can be chosen. Between 12 and 2 p.m., a light lunch is offered at the "Azure" restaurant.
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., various cold snacks, ice cream (10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the "Serenity" and "Seabreeze Poolbar"), and coffee/tea (various types of coffee such as filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, Greek coffee, frappé, freddo espresso/cappuccino, etc.) are offered at the pool bar.
Local and international non-alcoholic and alcoholic brand drinks such as whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, brandy, tequila, long drinks, various cocktails, 2 different brands of bottled and draft beer, 2 different types of wine, house wine, soft drinks, coffee/tea, and water are included from 10 a.m. to midnight at the respective open bar.
