Location

The modern and spacious hotel complex is located in a quiet area, directly on the approximately 400 m long, natural pebble beach of Agios Fokas with crystal-clear water. Wearing bathing shoes is recommended. The center of Kos Town is about 7 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and the airport is about 32 km away.

The complex consists of a total of 256 rooms and comprises a main building as well as several annex buildings built on a slope with suites and bungalows, offering a dreamlike view of the sea. Clear colors and modern lines characterize the appearance of the complex, where modernity and tradition blend in a particularly pleasant way in every area.
The main building houses the lobby with a 24-hour reception, a luggage room, a TV lounge, a reading corner, a buffet restaurant, and the main bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
The extensive outdoor area offers three swimming pools on different levels, a whirlpool, and sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, which are available free of charge. The offer is complemented by a pool bar, two adults-only relaxation lounges with drink service, an à la carte restaurant with Italian cuisine (reservation required), and a souvenir shop with a mini-market.
Both by the pool and on the beach, loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge.

Double Room Sea View

The double rooms with sea view in white design are located either in the main building or on the first floor of the bungalows with a beautiful sea view.
The high-quality furnishings include a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, 43'' LCD TV with international channels, direct dial telephone, safe, mini-fridge, espresso machine, kettle, coffee/tea maker, and a balcony. For a restful sleep, there is a high-quality mattress and quality pillows, and luxurious cotton bedding (DM). Also bookable for single occupancy (DEM).

Bungalow Garden View

The bungalows have an additional seating area amidst the gardens, with all other amenities as the double rooms. They were built in the beautiful, well-kept garden area with a view of the Aegean Sea and feature a very modern white design. They are larger than the double rooms and have a large furnished terrace with a garden view (B2A). Also bookable with sea view (B2M/B2I).

Bungalow Beachfront

With the same amenities as the garden view bungalows, these are located in the first row to the beach without an additional seating area amidst the gardens. Sun loungers and a furnished terrace are also provided (2BB).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, these feature 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate WCs, 2x 43'' LCD Smart TVs in the bedrooms, and an espresso machine. They are located in the annex building in a preferred location and overlook the pool and the sea. With a balcony or terrace (22L).
When booking, the following amenities can be enjoyed:

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View are located in the annex building and have the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view. They are more spacious and offer an open sleeping area with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace (J2M/JMI).

The Premium Junior Suites are located in the annex building and have the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view. They are more spacious and offer a separate bedroom with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, two LCD TVs, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace (P2J).
Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (E2J/JMA).

Early bird breakfast from 6:30 am to 7 am (by prior reservation).
Breakfast can be enjoyed either from 7 am to 10:30 am in the main restaurant or from 8 am to 10:30 am in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant", both in buffet form with show cooking.
Lunch is served in buffet form in the main restaurant or in buffet form with BBQ specialties in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant" (12:30 pm - 2:30 pm).
Dinner is served buffet style in the main restaurant (6:30 pm - 9:30 pm) or in "Thalasa & Alati" or optionally in the à la carte restaurant. Once a week, dinner in the à la carte restaurant is included for stays of 7 nights or more (drinks also included, reservation required).
Snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, and ice cream from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, midnight snacks (11 pm - 12 am). Water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, house wine, draft beer, local and selected international alcoholic beverages and cocktails at the open bar from 9 am to 12:45 am.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Inclusive Sports

Yoga, stretching, and aqua aerobics are offered.
The fitness room (for ages 16 and over), as well as the basketball court, mini-football, and tennis court (hard court) can be used at the neighboring Michelangelo Resort & Spa. Prior reservation is required.

Sports for a Fee

Bicycles are available depending on availability. Water sports such as diving and kite surfing are located about 2 km away, and horse riding facilities are about 15 km away. All activities are offered by local providers.
