Location

The modern and spacious hotel complex is located in a quiet area, directly on the approximately 400 m long, natural pebble beach of Agios Fokas with crystal-clear water. Bathing shoes are recommended. The center of Kos Town is about 7 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel; the airport can be reached after approximately 32 km.

The complex consists of a total of 256 rooms and comprises a main building as well as several outbuildings built on a hillside with suites and bungalows, offering a fantastic view of the sea. Clear colors and modern lines characterize the appearance of the complex, where modernity and tradition combine in a particularly pleasant way in every area.
In the main building, you will find the lobby with a 24-hour reception, a luggage room, a TV lounge, a reading corner, a buffet restaurant, and the main bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
The spacious outdoor area offers three swimming pools located on different levels, a whirlpool, and sun terraces with sunbeds and umbrellas, which are available free of charge. The offer is complemented by a pool bar, two relaxation lounges exclusively for adults with beverage service, an à la carte restaurant with Italian cuisine (reservation required), and a souvenir shop with a mini-market.
Sunbeds, umbrellas, and pool towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms Sea View in white design are located either in the main building or on the first floor of the bungalows with a beautiful view of the sea.
The high-quality furnishings offer a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, high-quality care products, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, 43'' large LCD TV with international channels, direct-dial telephone, safe, mini-fridge, espresso machine, electric kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony. High-quality mattresses, quality pillows, and luxurious cotton bed linen ensure a restful sleep (DM). Also available for single occupancy (DEM).

Bungalow Garden View

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these bungalows feature an additional seating area in the midst of the gardens. They were built in the wonderful, well-kept garden area with a view of the Aegean Sea and offer a very modern white design. They are larger than the double rooms and feature a large furnished terrace with a garden view (B2A). Also available with sea view (B2M/B2I).

Bungalow Beachfront

With the same amenities as the bungalows with garden view, these are located in the first beach row without an additional seating area in the gardens. Sunbeds and a furnished terrace are additionally provided (2BB).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms Sea View

With otherwise the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View, featuring two separate bedrooms, two separate WCs, 2x 43'' LCD Smart TVs in the bedrooms, as well as an espresso machine. They are located in the annex building in a preferred location and overlook the pool and the sea. With balcony or terrace (22L).
Upon booking, the following amenities can be enjoyed:

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View are located in the annex building and feature the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View. They are more spacious and offer an open-plan sleeping area with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace (J2M/JMI).
Upon booking, guests can enjoy the following amenities:

Premium Junior Suite

The Premium Junior Suites are located in the annex building and feature the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View. They are more spacious and offer a separate bedroom with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, two LCD TVs, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace (P2J).
Also available with sea view for an additional charge (E2J/JMA).

Early bird breakfast from 6:30-7:00 AM (upon prior reservation).
Breakfast can be enjoyed either from 7:00-10:30 AM in the main restaurant or from 8:00–10:30 AM in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant", both in buffet form with show cooking.
Lunch takes place in buffet form in the main restaurant or in buffet form with BBQ specialties in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant" (12:30-2:30 PM).
Dinner in buffet form in the main restaurant (6:30-9:30 PM) or in "Thalasa & Alati", or optionally in the à la carte restaurant. Dinner in the à la carte restaurant is included once per week for a minimum stay of 7 nights (drinks are also included, reservation required).
Snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, and ice cream from 10:30 AM-5:30 PM, midnight snacks (11:00 PM-12:00 AM). Water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, house wine, draft beer, local and selected international alcoholic beverages and cocktails at the respective open bar from 9:00 AM-12:45 AM.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Bicycles are available subject to availability. Water sports facilities such as diving and kitesurfing are located about 2 km away, and horse riding opportunities are about 15 km away. All activities are offered by local providers.

For children, there are three children's pools, a mini club for 4- to 12-year-olds (several hours daily, 6x per week), a mini disco, and a playground.

The animation program includes bocce, darts, yoga, and water gymnastics.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
