Location

The modern and spacious hotel complex is located in a quiet setting, directly on the roughly 400 m long, natural pebble beach of Agios Fokas with its crystal-clear water. We recommend wearing swimming shoes. The center of Kos Town is about 7 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and the airport is reachable after about 32 km.

The complex consists of a total of 256 rooms and is composed of a main building as well as several outbuildings built on a hillside with suites and bungalows that offer a fantastic view of the sea. Clear colors and modern lines define the appearance of the complex, where modernity and tradition combine in every area in a particularly pleasant way.
The main building houses the lobby with a 24-hour reception, a luggage room, a TV lounge, a reading corner, a buffet restaurant, and the main bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
The spacious outdoor area offers three swimming pools located on different levels, a whirlpool, as well as sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols, which are available free of charge. The offer is complemented by a pool bar, two relaxation lounges for adults only with drink service, an à la carte restaurant with Italian cuisine (reservation required), and a souvenir shop with a mini-market.
Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available free of charge both at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms with Sea View feature a white design and are located either in the main building or on the first floor of the bungalows with a beautiful view of the sea.
The high-quality equipment offers a bathroom with a shower/WC, hairdryer, high-quality care products, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, a 43'' large LCD TV with international channels, direct-dial telephone, safe, mini-fridge, espresso machine, kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony. A high-quality mattress, quality pillows, and luxurious cotton bed linen ensure a restful sleep (DM). Also bookable for single use (DEM).

Bungalow Garden View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these bungalows also feature an additional seating area amidst the gardens. They were built in the wonderful, well-kept garden area with a view of the Aegean Sea and offer a very modern white design. They are larger than the double rooms and feature a large, furnished terrace with a garden view (B2A). Also bookable with sea view (B2M/B2I).

Bungalow Beachfront

With the same amenities as the bungalows with garden view, these are located in the first beach row without an additional seating area amidst the gardens. Sun loungers and a furnished terrace are also provided (2BB).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms Sea View

With the same amenities as the Double Room Sea View, but featuring two separate bedrooms, two separate WCs, 2x 43'' LCD Smart TVs in the bedrooms, as well as an espresso machine. They are located in the outbuilding in a prime location and look out over the pool and the sea. Includes a balcony or terrace (22L).

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites with Sea View are located in the outbuilding and feature the same amenities as the Double Rooms with Sea View. The Premium Junior Suites are located in the outbuilding and feature the same amenities as the Double Rooms with Sea View. They are more spacious and offer a separate bedroom with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, two LCD TVs, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace (P2J).
Also bookable with sea view for an additional charge (E2J/JMA).

Early bird breakfast from 6:30-7 am (upon prior reservation).
Breakfast can be enjoyed either from 7-10:30 am in the main restaurant or from 8-10:30 am in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant", both in buffet form with show cooking.
Lunch takes place in buffet form in the main restaurant or as a buffet with BBQ specialties in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant" (12:30-2:30 pm).
Dinner in buffet form in the main restaurant (6:30-9:30 pm) or in the "Thalasa & Alati" or alternatively in the à la carte restaurant. Dinner in the à la carte restaurant is included once per week for a minimum stay of 7 nights (drinks also included, reservation required).
Snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, and ice cream from 10:30 am-5:30 pm, midnight snacks (11 pm-12 am). Water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, house wine, draft beer, local and selected international alcoholic drinks, and cocktails at the respective open bar from 9 am-12:45 am.

Destination information Climate Resilience Levy

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience charge, which the guest must pay locally, similar to a tourist tax.
