Newly built for the summer of 2025, the "The Yard Corfu" boutique hotel is located in a green setting in the small town of Moraitika on the beautiful island of Corfu. This charming oasis of calm is situated just about 300 m from the picturesque Moraitika beach and offers an ideal environment for couples or solo travelers. The airport, port, and Corfu Town can each be reached in approximately 20 km.

Amenities

Built in the Greek style, this 5-star boutique hotel (bookable for guests aged 15 and over) offers sufficient privacy with only 23 rooms and one villa, ensuring a restful and relaxing holiday in a family-like atmosphere.
Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a souvenir shop, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a lobby and pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel grounds.
In the beautifully landscaped garden, featuring the hotel's own olive groves, you will find a spacious freshwater pool and the pool bar. Relax and enjoy the sun on comfortable sun loungers equipped with parasols while listening to subtle background music. Pool towels are included.

Double Room "Yard"

The spacious double rooms feature either a king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability), each with high-quality mattresses and a pillow menu. They include a bathroom with a rain shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" Smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water included daily), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules included daily), as well as a furnished balcony in the middle of the green garden (DD2).
Also available for single occupancy (DD1).

Junior Suite Whirlpool

The exclusive junior suites with a king-size bed are located on the upper floors. They feature an additional sofa bed for the 3rd person, a ceiling fan, and, while otherwise maintaining the same basic amenities as the double rooms, they are more spacious and equipped with a whirlpool on the balcony (JJW/JSI).

Suite Whirlpool

The spacious suites consist of a living/sleeping room and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and feature a bathroom with double vanity and rain shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" Smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water included daily), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules included daily). A highlight is the generously laid-out terrace furnished with sun loungers and a parasol, offering a wonderful view of the garden and featuring a whirlpool (S2J/SP2).

Villa 2 Bedrooms Whirlpool

The exclusive and luxurious villa offers total space and comfort for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms (1x king-size bed / 1x king-size bed or twin beds). Amenities include two bathrooms with double vanity and rain shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" Smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water included daily), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules included daily), as well as the generously laid-out terrace furnished with sun loungers and a parasol, featuring a whirlpool and a wonderful view of the garden (V22/2V2).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Extensive breakfast buffet with local and international dishes as well as fresh fruit juices (seasonal) for breakfast. Dinner is served as part of the half-board arrangement as a daily changing menu, replacing the previous buffet offer. On selected days, there is accompanying live music at dinner.

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
