The newly built boutique hotel "The Yard Corfu" for Summer 2025 is located in a green setting in the small village of Moraitika on the beautiful island of Corfu. This charming oasis of tranquility is just about 300 m from the picturesque beach of Moraitika and offers an ideal environment for couples or solo travelers. The airport, port, and Corfu town are each about 20 km away.

Facilities

The sustainably built 5-star boutique hotel in Greek style (bookable for ages 15 and up) offers ample privacy with only 23 rooms and one villa for a restful and relaxed holiday in a family atmosphere.
Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a souvenir shop, a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a lobby and pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.
In the beautifully landscaped garden with the hotel's own olive groves, you'll find the spacious, heated freshwater pool with an adjacent whirlpool and the pool bar. You can relax and enjoy the sun with subtle music on the comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. Beach towels are included.

Double Room "Yard"

The spacious double rooms feature either a king-size bed or twin beds with sustainably produced mattresses and a pillow menu, a bathroom with a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, and toiletries, a bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water daily included), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules daily included), and a furnished balcony amidst the green garden (DD2).
Also available for single occupancy (DD1).

Junior Suite Whirlpool

The exclusive junior suites with a king-size bed are located on the upper floors, feature an additional sofa bed for the 3rd person, and are more spacious than the double rooms with the same basic amenities, as well as equipped with a whirlpool on the balcony (JJW/JSI).

The spacious suites consist of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and feature a bathroom with a double vanity and rain shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water daily included), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules daily included). The highlight is the generously sized terrace furnished with sun loungers and an umbrella, offering a magnificent view of the garden and a whirlpool (S2J/SP2).

Villa 2 Bedrooms Whirlpool

The exclusive and luxurious villa offers ample space and comfort for up to 4 people with a total of 2 bedrooms (1x king-size bed/1x king-size bed or twin beds). Amenities include two bathrooms with double vanities and rain shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water daily included), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules daily included), as well as the generously sized terrace furnished with sun loungers and an umbrella, featuring a whirlpool and magnificent garden views (V22/2V2).

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025 onwards.
