Location

The hotel, newly opened in summer 2025, is situated in the midst of a quiet, green setting on a hillside along the azure coast of Boukari.
The beach is only approx. 250 m away. Various shopping and entertainment options can be reached after approx. 2 km.
Lefkimi with quieter beach areas and various restaurants is located at a distance of approx. 15 km, Corfu Town and the airport are approx. 25 km away.

Facilities

The modern adults-only hotel (bookable from 16 years of age) features 181 rooms, a spacious lobby with reception, main restaurant as well as 3 à-la-carte restaurants, 4 bars, a rooftop bar (for a fee), and a spa area. In the outdoor area, there are two swimming pools with sea views and inviting sun terraces as well as a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool as well as on the beach with a beach bar. Bath towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is offered free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Premium Double Room

The Premium Double Rooms feature a shower/WC, a double bed, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, rental safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony with garden view (PDZ).

Superior Double Room Sea View

The rooms are equipped with a shower and separate WC, a double bed, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, seating area with flat-screen satellite TV, refrigerator, coffee/tea station, and a balcony with sun loungers and sea view (DMU).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DME).

Swim Up Double Room Sea View

Featuring the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these have access to a sharing pool and sea view (2MW).

Junior Suite Private Pool

The more spacious rooms are equipped with a shower and separate WC, double bed, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, refrigerator, coffee/tea station, and feature a private pool (ZJP).

Maisonette Sea View Private Pool

The maisonettes consist of a living/sleeping area with shower/WC on the lower level, and a separate bedroom with a second bathroom on the upper level. They also feature a hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, as well as a furnished balcony and a terrace with a private pool (MT2).

Breakfast 7:00-10:30 AM, lunch 12:30-2:30 PM, as well as dinner 6:30-9:30 PM are served in buffet form in the main restaurant "Zoe". For breakfast, there is an area with local Greek specialties, and for dinner, various theme nights are offered.
Lunch can also be taken from 12:30-4 PM at the "Olea Greek Restaurant" or in the Italian à-la-carte restaurant.
With a minimum stay of 7 nights, 3 dinners are included in the à-la-carte restaurants Ouranos, Gialynas, or Olea (6:30-9:30 PM, reservation required). Additionally, one bottle of wine from the wine list per room is included with dinner.
Hot and cold snacks are available from 11 AM-6 PM at the pool bars.
International spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, juices, and coffee/tea variants are also included from 10 AM-midnight at the respective open bar.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 1/1/2025 between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
