Location

The adults-only hotel, scheduled to open in Summer 2025, is nestled in a quiet, green hillside setting on the azure coast of Boukari. The beach is approximately 250 meters away. Corfu Town is about 30 km away, and the airport is approximately 25 km away.

Facilities

The modern adults-only hotel (16+ years) features 181 rooms, a spacious lobby with reception, a main restaurant, and 3 à la carte restaurants, 4 bars, a rooftop bar (for a fee), and a spa area. The outdoor area boasts two swimming pools with sea views and inviting sun terraces, as well as a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and at the beach with its beach bar. Bath towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Premium Double Room

The approx. 30 sqm Premium Double Rooms feature a double bed, air conditioning, a safe (rental fee), TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), shower/WC, and a balcony with garden view (PDZ). Also available for single use (PEZ).

Superior Double Room Sea View

The rooms are equipped with a shower and separate WC, a seating area with TV, a king-size bed, refrigerator, coffee/tea station, and a balcony with sun loungers and sea view (DMU).
Also available for single use (DME).

Double Room Swim Up Sea View

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms offer direct access to a shared pool and sea view (2MW).

Junior Suite Private Pool

These more spacious rooms are equipped with a shower and separate WC, king-size bed, safe, TV, refrigerator, coffee/tea station, and feature a private pool (ZJP).

Maisonette Sea View Private Pool

These spacious maisonettes (approx. 45 sqm) feature a living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, air conditioning, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, TV, safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace with a private pool (MT2).

Breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM are served buffet-style in the main restaurant "Zoe." For breakfast, there is a section featuring local Greek specialties, and for dinner, various theme nights are offered.
Lunch can also be enjoyed from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the "Olea Greek Restaurant" or at the Italian à la carte restaurant.
With a minimum stay of 7 nights, 3 dinners at the à la carte restaurants Ouranos, Gialynas, or Olea are included (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, reservation required). Additionally, one bottle of wine from the wine list is included per room with dinner.
Hot and cold snacks are available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the pool bars.
International spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, juices, and coffee/tea variations are also included from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM at the respective open bar.

The restaurants include, besides the main buffet restaurant "Zoe," the à la carte restaurants "Gialynas" in the main building (Mediterranean dishes), "Olea Greek" (Greek specialties), and "Ouranos" on the rooftop terrace (combining local and Mediterranean specialties).
Furthermore, there are 6 bars: Bar "Rea" in the lobby, the "Olea" beach & pool bar, the Italian Infinity Bar, the "Serenity" pool bar, the "Ouranos" cocktail bar on the rooftop, and the "Infinity Spa Bar."

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
For stays in high season 01/04-31/10:
