Located directly on the pebble beach of Barbati with crystal-clear water. Barbati village is just a few minutes' walk away.
Corfu town and Corfu airport are approximately 20 km away.

The apartment complex is generously laid out and features 60 comfortably furnished units with parking spaces, surrounded by lush and well-maintained gardens with olive trees, some with fantastic sea views, a taverna, snack bar, pool bar, swimming pool, and sun terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

Studio

The studios are cozily furnished and feature a well-equipped kitchenette (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, electric hob with ceramic hob and oven), dining area, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, ironing station, safe, and a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd person, as well as a terrace (S12).
Also available for single occupancy (S11) upon request.

1 Bedroom Apartment

With the same amenities as the studios, these apartments are more spacious and feature an additional bedroom, as well as a balcony or terrace with garden view (A12). The one-bedroom apartments have been recently renovated.
Also available for single occupancy (A11) or with two bedrooms, including a washing machine and an extra bed/sofa bed, upon request.

Maisonette

With identical basic amenities to the apartments, the maisonettes are comfortably furnished and feature a bedroom and bathroom on the upper level, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, washing machine, WC, and sleeping arrangements for the 3rd and 4th person (M2).

Maisonette with Private Pool

In addition to the same amenities as the maisonettes, these feature a private pool (bathrobes included) in the garden (MT2).

Therefore, for safety reasons concerning children, Schauinsland-Reisen has set a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

2 Bedroom Maisonette with Private Pool

These maisonettes have the same amenities but are more spacious, comprising 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level. They also include a dishwasher and, in the garden with a terrace, a private pool and balcony (2MX).
Available upon request with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two with showers, one with a bathtub) and sea view (P32, upon request).

Prestige Villa 2 Bedrooms with Private Pool

The newly built villas have the same amenities as the apartments and consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a terrace with a private infinity pool (heated in April and October) and sea view (5PM).

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will range from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
