Location

Located directly on the pebble beach of Barbati with crystal clear water. The town of Barbati is just a few minutes' walk away.
Corfu Town and Corfu Airport are approx. 20 km away.

Facilities

The apartment complex is generously laid out and has 60 comfortably furnished accommodation units with parking spaces, surrounded by lush and well-maintained gardens with olive trees, some with fantastic views of the sea, a tavern, snack bar, pool bar, swimming pool with integrated children's pool and sun terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool, and available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are provided free of charge.

Studio

The studios are comfortably furnished and feature a well-equipped kitchenette (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and electric stove with ceramic hob), dining area, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, safe and comfortable sofa bed for the third person, as well as a terrace (S12).
Can also be booked for single use (S11).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

With the same features as the studios, these are more spacious and have an additional bedroom as well as a balcony or terrace with garden view (A12).
Can also be booked for single use (A11).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

With the same basic features as the 1-bedroom apartments, these apartments have a bathroom with a bathtub instead of a shower, an additional bedroom with two single beds, a washing machine, and a sofa bed or extra bed (A22).

Maisonette

With identical basic features to the apartments, the maisonettes are comfortably furnished and feature a bedroom and bathroom with a bathtub on the upper level, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, washing machine, WC and sleeping facilities for the 3rd and 4th person (M2).

Maisonette Private Pool

With the same features as the maisonettes, these also have a private pool (including bathrobes) in the garden (MT2).

Maisonette 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

These feature the same equipment as the maisonettes but are more spacious. In the combined kitchen/living area on the lower level, there is an additional shower and a dishwasher. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, they feature a private pool and balcony in the garden area (2MX).
Can also be booked on request with three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two with shower, one with bathtub) and sea view (P32, on request).

Prestige Villa 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

The villas have the same features as the apartments and consist of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC, a living/sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a terrace with a private infinity pool (heatable in April and October) and sea view (5PM).
