Location

The Nissos Dunes, newly built for Summer 2027, is situated in a quiet location, separated from the long, natural sandy/pebbly beach of Almyros only by a small road and dunes.
The nearest town, Acharavi, with shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 3.5 km away, while Corfu Town and the airport are about 36 km away.

With its stylish, natural design and only 53 rooms focused on maximum privacy, the adult-friendly Nissos Dunes (bookable from 12 years of age), newly built for Summer 2027, is a destination designed for relaxation. Conceived with the future in mind, great importance is placed on various sustainable aspects.
In addition to a reception with concierge service, the hotel offers a main restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, and a bar. The pool bar provides a wide selection ranging from soft drinks and hot beverages to exotic cocktails, as well as light meals and snacks during the day.
A garden reflecting the nature of Corfu stretches throughout the length of the resort, inviting guests to take a stroll. Both the small spa and the well-equipped fitness area offer additional relaxation. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Junior Suite Plunge Pool

The Junior Suites are located in the front part of the resort. With a total area of approx. 35 m² indoors and approx. 30 m² outdoors, they are spaciously designed. The bathrooms offer a walk-in shower, a separate WC, and high-quality toiletries. A comfortable double bed with a choice of pillows and an additional sofa bed provide plenty of space for sleeping. Additionally, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, telephone, safe, spacious wardrobe, full-length mirror, blackout curtains, kettle with coffee and tea-making facilities, an espresso machine (4 capsules per day included), and a minibar (1.5 l of still water per day included, other drinks available for an extra charge) are provided. Pool and beach towels are available in the room. The private outdoor area is equipped with a plunge pool, table, chairs, and loungers, and features a shading pergola. These rooms are bookable on the ground floor (ZJP), for single occupancy (1JP), or on the first floor (J2P).

Executive Suite Plunge Pool 1st Floor

The Executive Suites Plunge Pool are significantly more spacious with a total of approx. 40 m² indoors and approx. 45 m² outdoors. They feature otherwise identical equipment and layout, but are located on the upper floors by the Lagoon Pool. Here, too, a plunge pool is located in the outdoor area, and the terrace is equipped with 2 sun loungers and a cozy seating area (JDP).

Riviera Suite Lagoon Pool

The Riviera Suite Lagoon Swim Up units are located in the rear area of the resort on the ground floor with otherwise identical equipment, spanning approx. 40 m² indoors and approx. 45 m² outdoors. These suites offer direct access to the spacious lagoon pool via the terrace (J2D/BJD).

Premier Suite Plunge Pool

The Premier Suites Plunge Pool are laid out in a maisonette style on 2 levels and offer a total area of approx. 66 m² indoors and approx. 30 m² outdoors. They feature otherwise identical equipment and include a bedroom as well as a living area with a sofa. The terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a comfortable seating area, features a plunge pool (MDP/MP).

Corfiot Suite 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

The Corfiot Suite covers a total of approx. 65 m² indoors and approx. 52 m² outdoors. With otherwise identical equipment, it features a bedroom as well as a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed. The terrace is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture as well as sun loungers and features a private pool (MS).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

In the main restaurant with its cozy indoor area and spacious outdoor area, a rich breakfast buffet inspired by the island of Corfu is offered from 7:30-10:30 a.m.
When booking half board, dinner is included from 7:00-9:30 p.m. The varied buffet includes a selection of fresh Mediterranean dishes.
Alternatively, dinner can be taken from 7:30-10:30 p.m. in the à-la-carte restaurant "Bianco Resto" (for an extra charge, reservation required).
For an extra charge, the "Sunset Bar" by the pool offers a selection of snacks and small meals during the day.

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
