Location

The Nissos Dunes, newly built for the summer of 2027, is located in a quiet area and is separated from the long, unspoiled sand/shingle beach of Almyros only by a small road and dunes.
The nearest town, Acharavi, with shopping and entertainment options, is about 3.5 km away, and it is approx. 36 km to Corfu Town and the airport.

Stylish, nature-inspired design and only 53 rooms with maximum privacy make the newly built (for summer 2027) adult-friendly Nissos Dunes (bookable from 12 years of age) a place of pure relaxation. Designed with the future in mind, great emphasis is placed on various aspects of the environment and resource utilization.
In addition to a reception with concierge service, the hotel offers a main restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, and a bar. The pool bar offers a wide range of choices, from soft drinks and hot beverages to exotic cocktails, as well as light meals and snacks during the day.
A garden that reflects the nature of Corfu stretches throughout the long property and invites guests to take a stroll. Both the small spa and the well-equipped fitness area offer additional relaxation. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are available for guests free of charge at the pool and beach.

Accommodation

Junior Suite Plunge Pool

The junior suites are located in the front part of the resort. With a total area of approx. 35 m² indoors and approx. 30 m² outdoors, they are generously designed. The bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and high-quality toiletries. A comfortable double bed with a selection of pillows and an additional sofa bed offer plenty of space for sleeping. Additionally, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, telephone, safe, spacious closet, full-length mirror, blackout curtains, electric kettle with coffee/tea making facilities, espresso machine (4 capsules included per day), and a minibar (1.5 l of still water included per day; other beverages available for an extra charge) are provided. Bath towels for the pool and beach are ready in the room. The private outdoor area is equipped with a plunge pool, table, chairs, and loungers, and features a sun-shading pergola. These rooms can be booked either on the ground floor (ZJP), for single occupancy (1JP), or on the first floor (J2P).

Executive Suite Plunge Pool 1st Floor

The Executive Suite Plunge Pool are significantly more spacious with a total of approx. 40 m² indoors and approx. 45 m² outdoors, and are located on the upper floors by the Lagoon Pool, otherwise featuring the same equipment and room layout. These also include a plunge pool in the outdoor area and the terrace is equipped with 2 sun loungers and a cozy seating area (JDP).

Riviera Suite Lagoon Pool

The Riviera Suite Lagoon Swim Up are located in the rear area of the complex on the ground floor with otherwise identical facilities, covering approx. 40 m² indoors and approx. 45 m² outdoors. These suites offer direct access to the spacious lagoon pool via the terrace (J2D/BJD).

Premier Suite Plunge Pool

The Premier Suite Plunge Pool are arranged in maisonette style on 2 levels and offer a total area of approx. 66 m² indoors and approx. 30 m² outdoors. They feature a bedroom and a living area with a sofa, with otherwise identical amenities. The terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a comfortable seating area, features a plunge pool (MDP/MP).

Corfiot Suite 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

The Corfiot Suite covers a total of approx. 65 m² indoors and approx. 52 m² outdoors. With otherwise identical amenities, it features a bedroom and a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed. The terrace is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture as well as sun loungers and features a private pool (MS).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

In the main restaurant, which features a cozy indoor area and a spacious outdoor area, an extensive breakfast buffet inspired by the island of Corfu is offered from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
When booking half board, dinner is included from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The varied buffet includes a selection of fresh Mediterranean dishes.
Alternatively, dinner can be taken from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the à-la-carte restaurant "Bianco Resto" (for an extra charge, reservation required).
For an extra charge, the "Sunset Bar" by the pool offers a selection of snacks and light meals during the day.

Destination information

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
