Location

This popular complex is located in a quiet environment, nestled in fragrant pine forests, yet still centrally located – both to the beach and the town center. The coarse-grained sandy beach is only 150 m away and can be easily reached via stairs or two narrow paths. The small holiday settlement of Psakoudia is also just 150 m away and offers shopping facilities, cozy taverns, and bars. The coastal road runs directly in front of the hotel – ideal as a starting point for excursions by rental car. The airport is approximately 90 km away.

Not only the beauty of the surroundings, but also the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and the excellent service make your holiday a completely relaxing experience – the perfect base for a successful stay. The holiday complex comprises a total of 149 rooms, distributed across 11 two-story buildings. Facilities include a reception, an internet corner (included), Wi-Fi at the pool bar (included), a lounge, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a bar. The swimming pool with a sun and seating terrace as well as a separate children's pool is situated in the well-tended garden. A pool/snack bar complements the facilities. For guests in the Relax double rooms, an additional pool is available for relaxing and swimming. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included throughout the grounds, but are available for a fee at the beach.

Double Room

The completely renovated rooms, furnished in appealing colors and a friendly style, feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, 32'' flatscreen satellite TV, safe, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi (for a fee), telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (D/DA/DB).
Also available for single use (DE) or as a saver room (SSZ).

Double Room Superior

These modern and brightly furnished rooms are slightly more spacious, also freshly renovated, and offer the same features as the double rooms, with a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU).

Relax Double Room Pool View

The Relax Double Rooms with pool view feature the same amenities as the double rooms with additional storage space in the wardrobe and a balcony with cozy seating and pool view.
The Relax Pool (B-C-D Pool) for these rooms is exclusively available to guests of the Relax rooms (N2R/R2Z).

Relax Double Room Pool View Swim Up

These rooms have the same amenities as the Relax Double Rooms with pool view and are located on the lower floors with a terrace and reserved sun loungers at the B-C-D pool (RUP/R2D/RUS).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked in these room types.

Family Room

With the same modern amenities as the double rooms, they additionally feature a bunk bed for children (DF2).

Suite Private Pool

The suites offer the same basic amenities as the double rooms, plus a separate bedroom, a living area, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with a private pool (SP2).

A varied buffet is offered for breakfast (7:00–10:30 a.m.), lunch (1:00–2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30–9:00 p.m.). Soft drinks, water, juices, house wine by the glass, and beer are served with lunch and dinner. A snack buffet is available in the morning and afternoon (11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. / 3:30–5:30 p.m.). The "Kukunari" à-la-carte restaurant offers Mediterranean, Greek, and international dishes (with reservation, 1x per week included). At the open bar, the following drinks are served from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.: soft drinks, water, juices, house wine, beer, coffee (espresso, cappuccino, Nescafe, Frappé), cocoa, brandy, ouzo, Campari and Aperol, vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and whisky. Various cocktails, including non-alcoholic ones, as well as nuts and popcorn are also available.
Drinks are served.
With All Inclusive, the room fridge is filled daily with a small bottle of water per person.
Gluten-free options are available upon request (please discuss with the hotel before arrival).

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room since 01/01/2025.
