The popular complex is situated in a quiet area, nestled amidst fragrant pine forests, yet centrally located – close to both the beach and the town center. The coarse-grained sandy beach is only 150 m away and easily accessible via stairs or two narrow paths. The small holiday settlement of Psakoudia is also just 150 m away, offering shops, cozy tavernas, and bars. The airport is approximately 90 km away. The coastal road runs directly in front of the hotel – ideal as a starting point for excursions with a rental car.

Not only the beauty of the surroundings but also the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and the excellent service make your holiday a completely relaxing experience – the perfect base for a successful stay. The holiday complex comprises a total of 149 rooms, spread across 11 two-story buildings. Facilities include a reception, an internet corner (included), Wi-Fi at the pool bar (included), a lounge, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a bar. The swimming pool with sun and seating terraces, and a separate children's pool, is located in the well-maintained garden area. A pool/snackbar complements the offerings. For guests of the Relax double rooms, another pool is available for relaxation and swimming. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included throughout the grounds, but available for a fee on the beach.

Double Room

The completely renovated rooms, decorated in appealing colors and furnished in a friendly style, feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, 32'' flatscreen satellite TV, safe, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi (for a fee), telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (D/DA/DB).
Also available as single occupancy (DE) or as a bargain room (SSZ) at your option.

Superior Double Room

The modern and brightly furnished rooms are slightly more spacious, also freshly renovated, and feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU).

Relax Double Room Pool View

In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, the Relax Double Rooms with Pool View offer extra storage space in the wardrobe and a balcony with comfortable seating and a pool view.
The Relax Pool (B-C-D Pool) for these rooms is exclusively available to guests of the Relax rooms (N2R/R2Z).

Relax Double Room Pool View Swim Up

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Relax Double Rooms Pool View, are located on the lower floors with a terrace and reserved loungers at the B-C-D Pool (RUP/R2D/RUS).
The Relax Double Rooms Pool View Swim Up are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave with care.

Family Room

With the same modern amenities as the double rooms, they additionally feature a bunk bed for children (DF2).

Suite Private Pool

The suites, newly renovated in 2024, offer the same basic amenities as the double rooms, with a separate bedroom, a living area, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with a private pool (SP2).
The Suite Private Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave with care.

Breakfast (7-10:30 am), lunch (1-3 pm), and dinner (6:30-9 pm) are served in a varied buffet form. Soft drinks, water, juices, house wine by the glass, and beer are served during lunch and dinner. A snack buffet is available in the morning and afternoon (11 am-1 pm / 3:30-5:30 pm). The à la carte restaurant "Kukunari" offers dishes from the Mediterranean region, Greece, and around the world (reservations required, included once a week). At the open bar, the following drinks are served from 11 am to 11 pm: soft drinks, water, juices, house wine, beer, coffee (espresso, cappuccino, Nescafé, frappé), cocoa, brandy, ouzo, Campari, and Aperol, vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and whiskey. Various cocktails, including non-alcoholic ones, as well as nuts and popcorn are also available.
Drinks are served.
With All Inclusive, the minibar in the room is refilled daily with a small bottle of water per person.

Information on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, payable locally by the guest, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from January 1, 2025.
For stays in high season April 1 - October 31:
