Location

The popular complex is situated in a quiet environment, nestled amidst fragrant pine forests, yet still central – close to both the beach and the town center. The coarse-grained sandy beach is only 150 m away and easily accessible via stairs or two narrow paths. The small holiday settlement of Psakoudia is also just 150 m away and offers shops, cozy tavernas, and bars. The airport is approximately 90 km away. The coastal road runs directly in front of the hotel – ideal as a starting point for excursions by rental car.

Not only the beauty of the surroundings, but also the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and the excellent service make your holiday a thoroughly relaxing experience – the perfect base for a successful stay. The holiday complex comprises a total of 149 rooms, spread across 11 two-story buildings. Facilities include a reception, an internet corner (included), Wi-Fi at the pool bar (included), a lounge, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a bar. The swimming pool with sun and seating terrace and a separate children's pool is located in the well-kept garden. A pool/snackbar complements the offerings. Another pool for relaxation and swimming is available for guests in the Relax double rooms. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included throughout the grounds, but available for a fee on the beach.

Double Room

The completely renovated rooms, furnished in appealing colors and in a friendly style, feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, 32'' flat-screen satellite TV, safe, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi (for a fee), telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (D/DA/DB).
Also available for single use (DE) or as a bargain room (SSZ) upon request.

Double Room Superior

The modernly and brightly furnished rooms are slightly more spacious, also freshly renovated, and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU).

Relax Double Room Pool View

In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, the Relax Double Rooms with Pool View offer extra storage space in the wardrobe and a balcony with comfortable seating and a pool view.
The Relax Pool (B-C-D Pool) for these rooms is exclusively available to guests of the Relax rooms (N2R/R2Z).

Relax Double Room Pool View Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Relax Double Rooms Pool View, these rooms are located on the lower floors with a terrace and reserved loungers by the B-C-D pool (RUP/R2D/RUS).
The Relax Double Rooms Pool View Swim Up are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately.

Family Room

With the same modern amenities as the double rooms, they additionally feature a bunk bed for children (DF2).

Suite Private Pool

The suites, newly renovated in 2024, offer a separate bedroom, a living area, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with a private pool (SP2), with the same basic amenities as the double rooms.
The Suites Private Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately.

A varied buffet is offered for breakfast (7-10:30 AM), lunch (1 PM-3 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM-9 PM). Soft drinks, water, juices, house wine by the glass, and beer are served during lunch and dinner. A snack buffet is available in the morning and afternoon (11 AM-1 PM / 3:30 PM-5:30 PM). The à la carte restaurant "Kukunari" offers dishes from the Mediterranean region, Greece, and around the world (reservation required, included once a week). The open bar serves the following drinks from 11 AM to 11 PM: soft drinks, water, juices, house wine, beer, coffee (espresso, cappuccino, Nescafe, Frappé), hot chocolate, brandy, ouzo, Campari and Aperol, vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and whiskey. There are also various cocktails, including non-alcoholic ones, as well as nuts and popcorn.
Drinks are served.
With All Inclusive, the minibar in the room is refilled daily with a small bottle of water per person.
Gluten-free options are available upon request (please coordinate with the hotel before arrival).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
