Location

The popular complex is situated in a quiet environment, nestled in fragrant pine forests, yet remains central to both the beach and the town center. The coarse-grained sandy beach is only 150m away and easily accessible via stairs or two narrow paths. The small holiday village of Psakoudia is also just 150m away and offers shopping opportunities, cozy taverns, and bars. The coastal road runs directly in front of the hotel – ideal as a starting point for excursions by rental car. The airport is approximately 90km away.

Not only the beauty of the surroundings but also the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and the excellent service make your holiday a completely restorative experience – the perfect base for a successful stay. The holiday complex comprises a total of 149 rooms, distributed across 11 two-story buildings. Facilities include a reception, an internet corner (included), Wi-Fi at the pool bar (included), a lounge, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a bar. The swimming pool with a sun and seating terrace as well as a separate children's pool is located in the well-kept garden. A pool/snack bar completes the offer. For guests in the Relax double rooms, an additional pool is available for relaxing and swimming. Sun loungers and parasols are included throughout the grounds, but available at the beach for a fee.

Double room

The completely renovated rooms, furnished in appealing colors and a friendly style, feature shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, 32'' flatscreen satellite TV, safe, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi (for a fee), telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (D/DA/DB).
Also available for single use (DE) or as a saver room (SSZ).

Superior double room

The modern and brightly furnished rooms are slightly more spacious, also freshly renovated, and feature the same equipment as the double rooms with a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU).

Relax double room pool view

With the same equipment as the double rooms, the Relax double rooms with pool view have additional storage space in the wardrobe and a balcony with comfortable seating and pool view.
The Relax pool (B-C-D pool) for these rooms is exclusively available to guests of the Relax rooms (N2R/R2Z).

Relax double room pool view swim up

Feature the same equipment as the Relax double rooms with pool view and are located on the lower floors with a terrace and reserved loungers at the B-C-D-pool (RUP/R2D/RUS).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk potential for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Family room

With the same modern equipment as the double rooms, they additionally feature a bunk bed for children (DF2).

Suite private pool

Offering the same basic equipment as the double rooms, the suites feature a separate bedroom, a living area, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with a private pool (SP2).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk potential for small children.

Breakfast (7:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-14:30), and dinner (18:30-21:00) are all offered in a varied buffet style. Soft drinks, water, juices, house wine by the glass, and beer are served with lunch and dinner. A snack buffet is available in the morning and afternoon (11:00-13:00 / 15:30-17:30). The à la carte restaurant "Kukunari" offers dishes from the Mediterranean region, from Greece, and from around the world (with reservation, 1x per week included). At the currently open bar, the following drinks are served from 11:00-23:00: soft drinks, water, juices, house wine, beer, coffee (espresso, cappuccino, Nescafe, frappé), cocoa, brandy, ouzo, Campari and Aperol, vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and whiskey. In addition, there are various cocktails, including non-alcoholic ones, as well as nuts and popcorn.
Drinks are served.
With All Inclusive, the room fridge is filled daily with a small bottle of water per person.
Gluten-free options are available upon request (please arrange with the hotel before arrival).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
