Location

The popular complex is located in quiet surroundings, nestled in fragrant pine forests and yet central – both to the beach and the town center. The coarse sand beach is only 150 m away and can be easily reached via stairs or two narrow paths. The small holiday settlement of Psakoudia is also just 150 m away and offers shopping opportunities, cozy tavernas, and bars. The airport is approximately 90 km away. The coastal road runs directly in front of the hotel – an ideal starting point for excursions by rental car.

It is not just the beauty of the surroundings, but also the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and the excellent service that make your vacation a completely restful experience – the perfect base for a successful stay. The holiday complex comprises a total of 149 rooms, distributed across 11 two-story buildings. Amenities include a reception, an internet corner (included), Wi-Fi at the pool bar (included), a lounge, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, as well as a bar. The swimming pool with sun terrace and seating area as well as a separate children's pool is located in the well-tended garden. A pool/snack bar complements the facilities. For guests in the Relax double rooms, an additional pool is available for relaxing and swimming. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included throughout the grounds, but available at the beach for a fee.

The completely renovated, friendly rooms with attractive decor feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, 32'' flatscreen satellite TV, safe, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi (for a fee), telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (D/DA/DB).
Can also be booked for single use (DE) or as a saver room (SSZ).

These modern and brightly furnished rooms are slightly more spacious, also freshly renovated, and feature the same amenities as the double rooms along with a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU).

Relax double room pool view

The Relax double rooms with pool view feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with additional storage space in the wardrobe and a balcony with comfortable seating and pool view.
The Relax pool (B-C-D pool) by these rooms is available exclusively to guests of the Relax rooms (N2R/R2Z).

Relax double room pool view Swim Up

Feature the same amenities as the Relax double rooms with pool view and are located on the lower floors with a terrace and reserved sun loungers at the B-C-D pool (RUP/R2D/RUS).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Family room

With the same modern amenities as the double rooms, they additionally feature a bunk bed for children (DF2).

Suite private pool

The suites, newly renovated in 2024, offer the same basic amenities as the double rooms, plus a separate bedroom, a living area, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with a private pool (SP2).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

A varied buffet is offered for breakfast (7:00 AM – 10:30 AM), lunch (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM). Soft drinks, water, juices, house wine by the glass, and beer are served with lunch and dinner. A snack buffet is available before and after lunch (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM). The à-la-carte restaurant "Kukunari" offers dishes from the Mediterranean region, Greece, and all over the world (reservation required, 1x per week included). The following drinks are served at the open bar from 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM: soft drinks, water, juices, house wine, beer, coffee (espresso, cappuccino, Nescafe, Frappé), cocoa, brandy, ouzo, Campari and Aperol, vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and whiskey. Various cocktails are also available, including non-alcoholic versions, as well as nuts and popcorn.
Drinks are served.
With All Inclusive, the room fridge is filled daily with a small bottle of water per person.
Gluten-free options are available upon request (please check with the hotel before arrival).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 Euros to 15 € per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
