The modern hotel complex is located in a very quiet area, directly on the beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis, known for its shallow and crystal-clear waters. The town of Nikiti is about 5 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is 98 km away.

The total of 179 rooms are spread across the hotel complex, which newly opened in Summer 2022. Facilities include a modern, open-design reception area with a 24-hour reception. The main restaurant "Ammoa" offers a combination of Greek and international cuisine. For culinary variety, the à la carte restaurant "The Signature" serves Mediterranean cuisine. At the "Kyma" restaurant near the beach, guests can enjoy gourmet seafood with a fantastic view of the sea. The lobby bar offers a stylish atmosphere. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Outside, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included for guests by the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room with Side Sea View

The modern and beautifully designed rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, a double bed and sofa, pillow menu, minibar, espresso machine (6 capsules included), LCD TV (50 inches), telephone, Wi-Fi (incl.), and a free safe. A bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, scale, bathrobes, and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace (DD2). Optionally, also available with side sea view (DDS/2I/ID2) or in the first row of the beach (L2B/W2D/2XN).

Deluxe Room with Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms, these feature a terrace with a private pool (PT2). Optionally, also available with side sea view (S2L/2LJ) in the first row of the beach (WX2).
"The Deluxe Rooms with Private Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave accordingly."

Prestige Bungalow

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms, these are more spacious, located in the bungalow buildings, and feature side sea view (2BS). Optionally, also available with a private pool (BSX).

Pavilion with 2 Bedrooms and Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms, these are more spacious and feature 2 separate bedrooms with a king-size bed, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed. Terrace with private pool (VL2).
"The Pavilions with 2 Bedrooms and Private Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave accordingly."

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast buffet. If Half Board is booked, dinner is also served as a buffet in the main restaurant. À la carte restaurants can be used for an additional charge.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room.
