The modern hotel complex is located in a very quiet area, directly on the beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis, known for its shallow, crystal-clear waters. The town of Nikiti is approximately 5 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is 98 km away.

The hotel complex, which opened in summer 2022, comprises a total of 179 rooms. Facilities include a modern, open-plan reception area with a 24-hour reception. The main restaurant "Ammoa" offers a combination of Greek and international cuisine. For culinary variety, the à la carte restaurant "The Signature" serves Mediterranean cuisine. At the "Kyma" restaurant near the beach, guests can enjoy gourmet seafood with a fantastic view of the sea. The lobby bar offers a stylish atmosphere. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for guests at the pool and on the beach.

The modern and beautifully appointed rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, a double bed and sofa, a pillow menu, minibar, espresso machine (6 capsules included), 50-inch LCD TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), and a complimentary safe. The bathroom includes a shower/WC, hairdryer, scales, bathrobes, and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace (DD2). Available with side sea view (DDS/2I/ID2) or in the first row to the beach (L2B/W2D/2XN).

Equipped with the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms, these rooms feature a terrace with a private pool (PT2). Available with side sea view (S2L/2LJ) in the first row to the beach (WX2).
"The Deluxe Rooms with Private Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please take special care of your children when using this area and act with caution."

These bungalows are more spacious than the Deluxe Rooms, located in bungalow buildings, and feature a side sea view (2BS). Optionally available with a private pool (BSX).

These spacious rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms and feature 2 separate bedrooms with a king-size bed, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, and a terrace with a private pool (VL2).

Breakfast/Half Board
Breakfast served as a buffet. With half board booking, dinner is also served as a buffet in the main restaurant. À la carte restaurants can be used for an additional charge.

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, payable by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
