Location

The Portes Theros Hotel, newly built for Summer 2025, welcomes guests aged 16 and over as a 5-star hotel. The sandy beach with turquoise blue sea is just a short walk away (approx. 70 m). The view of Mount Olympus and breathtaking sunsets is perfect for dreaming. The towns of Nea Potidea and Nea Moudania are just a few minutes' drive away.
Thessaloniki Airport is about 55 km away. A bus stop is only 50 m away.

The modern design combined with light and natural colors creates a wonderful atmosphere of well-being. Additionally, the pleasant size with 79 rooms spread across 7 buildings, each with 2-3 floors, allows for plenty of space for peace and relaxation. Amenities include a reception with a lobby and lobby bar, and a TV lounge. Wi-Fi is included in public areas.
The almost 1.5-hectare grounds offer an oasis of relaxation with a spacious garden, sun terrace, and pool. At the main pool, a pool bar provides refreshments and snacks. On the way to the beach, the drink station offers refreshments to go. For maximum comfort, orders are taken at the beach and served directly to your lounger. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included both by the pool and on the beach.

Double room Pool View

The bright and spacious double rooms offer every comfort. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee, included with All Inclusive Plus booking), espresso machine, and kettle. The furnished balcony overlooks the pool and garden (PD/PID).
Also available for single use (PDE/PE).

Double Room Sharing Pool

With the same amenities as the Double rooms with Pool View, these rooms are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the shared pool. The furnished terrace also includes a sun lounger (SH2/HA2).
Also available for single use (SH1) or as Type A (SWE).
The double rooms with shared pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave appropriately.

Continental breakfast (6:30-7 am), breakfast buffet (7-10:30 am), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) served buffet style.
On Sundays, enjoy a sparkling wine breakfast, and in the evenings, there are themed nights in the main restaurant.
For an additional charge, dine at the à la carte restaurant offering Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine.
A bottle of water is included during dinner.
Upon arrival, enjoy homemade lemonade, water, and orange juice as a welcome drink.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
