Location

The Portes Theros Hotel, newly built for Summer 2025, is a 5-star hotel welcoming guests aged 16 and over. The sandy beach with its turquoise sea is just a short walk away (approx. 70 m). The view of Mount Olympus and breathtaking sunsets invite you to dream. The towns of Nea Potidea and Nea Moudania are just a few minutes' drive away.
Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 55 km away. A bus stop is only 50 m away.

The modern design combined with bright and natural colors creates a wonderful atmosphere of well-being. In addition, the pleasant size with 79 rooms spread across 7 buildings, each with 2-3 floors, offers plenty of space for peace and relaxation. Amenities include a reception with a lobby and lobby bar, and a TV lounge. Wi-Fi is included in public areas.
The almost 1.5-hectare grounds offer an oasis of relaxation with a spacious garden, sun terrace, and pool. The pool bar at the main pool provides refreshments and snacks. On the way to the beach, the beverage station offers refreshments to-go. For maximum comfort, orders are taken on the beach and served directly to your sun lounger. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included both by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room with Pool View

The bright and spacious double rooms offer every comfort. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart Sat.-TV, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee, included with All Inclusive Plus booking), espresso machine, and kettle. The furnished balcony offers views of the pool and garden (PD/PID).
Also available for single occupancy (PDE/PE).

Double Room with Shared Pool Access

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms with Pool View, these rooms are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the shared pool. The furnished terrace also includes a sun lounger (SH2/HA2).
Also available for single occupancy (SH1) or as Type A (SWE).
The Double Rooms with Shared Pool Access are not supervised. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave responsibly.

Continental breakfast (6:30-7 am), as well as buffet breakfast (7-10:30 am) and buffet dinner (6:30-9:30 pm).
On Sundays, a sparkling wine breakfast is served, and in the evenings, there are various theme nights in the main restaurant.
Also available at the à la carte restaurant serving Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine for an additional charge.
A bottle of water is included with dinner.
Upon arrival, enjoy homemade lemonade, water, and orange juice as a welcome drink.

Between main meals, sandwiches, fruits, cakes, and ice cream are available from 11 am to 11 pm, and hot snacks from 12 pm to 6 pm.

The minibar in the room is replenished daily with soft drinks, water, beer, juice, wine, chips, and nuts.

Note for climate resilience levy
