Location

The beautiful hotel complex, awarded the Green Key for environmentally friendly hotel management, is located in a rural, quiet and picturesque setting, slightly above the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach (awarded the "Blue Flag"), which is accessible by stairs. You can reach the town of Kriopigi after approx. 1.5 km. There you will find traditional taverns and some shops. Public bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

Facilities

The holiday complex, built in Greek style, consists of a 5-story main building and several small outbuildings with a total of 208 rooms. Furthermore, the hotel has an elegant lobby with a 24-hour reception and cozy seating areas, the main restaurant "Roxani", bar "Kassandra" with a TV corner and a beautiful sea view, and the tavern "Antonis". In the well-kept garden there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and the pool/snack bar "Panorama". Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge. There is also a beach bar "Oasis". Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

The double rooms are located in the main building or in the outbuilding and have a twin bed as well as a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, flat-screen TV and balcony (D). Also bookable as a single room (DE).

Breakfast (7-10:30 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.) and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) in the main restaurant in buffet form.
Optional dinner at the tavern (1 x per stay, reservation required).
During the day, the pool bar and beach bar offer snacks as well as local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
In the evening, the Kassandra Bar is open from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. and offers a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as cocktails.

Beach volleyball and tennis (reservation required).

Note for Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
