The beautiful hotel complex, awarded the Green Key for its environmentally friendly management, is situated in a rural, quiet, and picturesque setting, slightly above the stunning, gently sloping sandy beach (awarded the "Blue Flag"), which is accessible via stairs. The village of Kriopigi, with its local tavernas and some shops, is about 1.5 km away. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The resort, built in Greek style, consists of a 5-storey main building and several small outbuildings with a total of 208 rooms. The hotel also features an elegant reception hall with a 24-hour reception and comfortable seating areas, the main restaurant "Roxani", the bar "Kassandra" with a TV corner and a beautiful sea view, and the taverna "Antonis". The well-maintained garden area includes the swimming pool with a sun terrace and the pool/snackbar "Panorama". Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.
