Location

The vacation hotel is located directly on the long, Blue Flag awarded sandy beach of Kalithea. The town center, situated above, is approx. 200 m away. In Kalithea, there are numerous shops, bars, cafeterias, restaurants, as well as a local bus stop. Recently, a small archaeological site with interesting findings was unearthed here. The airport can be reached after approx. 80 km.

The popular, completely renovated boutique hotel has 126 rooms, a 24-hour reception with lobby, a bar, cocktail bar (for a fee), elevators, 1 main restaurant "Estia", 1 à-la-carte restaurant "Greco's Mediterranean Cuisine" (for a fee), lounge, TV corner, swimming pool (heated in April, May and October) with separate children's pool (heated in April and October), and a pool bar (Fresco Bio Healthy Bar, for a fee). The modernly furnished rooms are located on the first floor and feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, a double bed, telephone, 43" satellite TV, safe, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge/minibar (on request for a fee), 1 bottle of water upon arrival, beach loungers, balcony, and garden view (SSZ).

Deluxe double room

With the same amenities as the super saver rooms, these feature a double bed and an extra bed (DD2). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (DD1) or with a sea view (DDM).

Premium deluxe double room with sea view

With the same amenities as the deluxe double rooms, the premium rooms feature toiletries and bathrobes, a Nespresso machine (refilled daily), and a filled minibar (4 soft drinks and 1 beer) upon arrival, as well as a bottle of wine in the room (P2M).

Breakfast (7:30-10 a.m.) and dinner (7-9:30 p.m.) in buffet form.

Climate resilience levy information

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
