Location

The holiday hotel is located directly on the long, Blue Flag awarded sandy beach of Kalithea. The village center located above is approx. 200 m away. In Kalithea there are numerous shops, bars, cafeterias, restaurants, as well as a local bus stop. A small archaeological site with interesting finds was recently uncovered here. The airport can be reached after approx. 80 km.

The popular, completely renovated boutique hotel has 126 rooms, a 24-hour reception with lobby, a bar, cocktail bar (for a fee), elevators, 1 main restaurant "Estia", 1 à-la-carte restaurant "Greco's Mediterranean Cuisine" (for a fee), lounge, TV corner, swimming pool (heated in April, May, and October) with separate children's pool (heated in April and October), and a pool bar (Fresco Bio Healthy Bar, for a fee). Wi-Fi (included throughout the entire complex). Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach.

Super saver room

The modernly furnished rooms are located on the first floor and feature shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, two single beds, telephone, 43" satellite TV, safe, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge/minibar (on request for a fee), 1 bottle of water upon arrival, sun loungers on the beach, balcony, and garden view (SSZ).

Deluxe double room

Equipped the same as the super saver rooms, these feature a double bed and an extra bed (DD2). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (DD1) or with sea view (DDM).

Premium deluxe sea view double room

Equipped the same as the deluxe double rooms, the premium rooms feature toiletries and bathrobes, daily refilling of the Nespresso machine, and a filled minibar upon arrival (4 soft drinks and 1 beer) as well as a bottle of wine in the room (P2M).

Breakfast (7:30-10:00 AM) and dinner (7:00-9:30 PM) in buffet form.
Gluten-free and lactose-free meals available upon request. The local reception is happy to assist with this.

Destination information: Climate resilience fee

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a local tourist tax.
