The holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach of Kalithea, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. The center of the village, located above, is about 200m away. Kalithea offers numerous shops, bars, cafeterias, restaurants, and a local bus stop. Recently, a small archaeological site with interesting findings was also uncovered here. The airport is about 80 km away.

The popular, completely renovated boutique hotel has 126 rooms, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, a bar, a cocktail bar (for a fee), elevators, 1 main restaurant "Estia", 1 à la carte restaurant "Greco's Mediterranean Cuisine" (for a fee), a lounge, a TV corner, a swimming pool (heated in April, May, and October) with a separate children's pool (heated in April and October), and a pool bar (Fresco Bio Healthy Bar, for a fee). Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex). Bath towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

The modernly furnished rooms are located on the first floor and feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, a double bed, telephone, 43" satellite TV, safe, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge/minibar (on request for a fee), 1 bottle of water on arrival, sun loungers on the beach, balcony, and garden view (SSZ).

With the same amenities as the Super Saver Rooms, these rooms have a double bed and an extra bed (DD2). Also available for single use (DD1) or with sea view (DDM).

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Premium Rooms feature toiletries and bathrobes, a Nespresso machine (refilled daily), and a stocked minibar (4 soft drinks and 1 beer) and a bottle of wine in the room upon arrival (P2M).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM) and Dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM) served as a buffet.
