Location

The holiday complex is situated in the bay of Trikorfo (Sithonia-Chalkidiki) on a gentle hillside with a magnificent view of the sea. The layout of the semi-detached houses, with 2 or 3 arranged side-by-side and well-separated from each other, creates the impression of a small village. The maisonettes, renovated in 2016, are located approximately 70 m to 350 m from the beach. Shopping and entertainment options can be found at a distance of approx. 3 km. A bus stop is located near the complex. The airport can be reached after approximately 70 km.

The complex has a total of 30 buildings set amidst a well-maintained garden property of approximately 75,000 m². Footpaths and small accessible lanes lead to the individual houses, which are surrounded by olive trees and each equipped with reserved parking spaces. The complex also features a reception, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee) on the beach, a bar, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property (included). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available at the beach for a fee.

Accommodation

Hillside Junior Residence

The comfortably and tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 350 m from the sea) are spread over 2 floors and feature air conditioning. The lower level includes a living/dining area with flat-screen TV, telephone, safe, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle), shower/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished veranda with a covered pergola. The upper level features a bedroom with 2 single beds and direct access to the terrace (M2). All rooms feature a Nespresso machine (capsules included upon arrival, thereafter for a fee). A welcome package with various Greek specialties is provided upon arrival.

Garden Junior Residence

These comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms were renovated in 2025 and are spread over 2 floors (approx. 70 m from the beach). They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, telephone, air conditioning, a living/dining area, and 2 bedrooms—one equipped with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a furnished kitchenette (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle), as well as a furnished veranda with a covered pergola and a terrace with private access to the garden. There is a balcony on the upper floor. (I2).

Hillside Superior Residence

With the same facilities as the maisonette (approx. 350 m from the sea), these are more spacious, feature 2 bathrooms, and additionally include 2 sofa beds in the lower area. The upper level features 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and direct access to the balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, safe, shower/WC, and hairdryer (2MI).

Destination information - Climate resilience fee

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
For stays in the high season 1.4.-31.10.
