Location

The holiday complex is located in the bay of Trikorfo (Sithonia-Chalkidiki) on a gentle slope with a magnificent sea view. The arrangement of the semi-detached houses, 2 or 3 next to each other, well separated from each other, creates the impression of a small village. The maisonettes, renovated in 2016, are located approx. 70 m-350 m from the beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are approx. 3 km away. A bus stop is located near the complex. The airport can be reached after approx. 70 km.

The complex has a total of 30 buildings amidst a well-maintained garden area of approx. 75,000 m². Footpaths and small accessible lanes lead to the individual houses, which are surrounded by olive trees and each have reserved parking spaces. The complex also features a reception, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee) on the beach, a bar, and Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee.

Accommodation

Hillside Junior Residence

The comfortably and tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 350 m to the sea) are spread over 2 floors and have air conditioning. On the lower level, there is a living/dining area with a flat-screen TV, telephone, safe, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), shower/toilet, hairdryer, and a furnished veranda with a covered pergola. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and direct access to the terrace (M2). All rooms have a Nespresso machine (capsules included upon arrival, then for a fee). A welcome package with various Greek specialties is provided upon arrival.

Garden Junior Residence

The comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms were renovated in 2025 and are spread over 2 floors (approx. 70m from the beach). They feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, telephone, air conditioning, a living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Equipped kitchenette (stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), as well as a furnished veranda with a covered pergola and a terrace with private access to the garden. On the upper floor, there is a balcony.

Hillside Superior Residence

With the same amenities as the maisonette (approx. 350m to the sea), these are more spacious, have 2 bathrooms, and additionally feature 2 sofa beds in the lower area. On the upper level, there is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and direct access to the balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, safe, shower/toilet, hairdryer (2MI).

When booking Half Board, local breakfast and dinner (including 1 drink such as beer, wine, or soft drinks and water) are served at the table in a set menu format. Please note that meals are taken at a neighboring restaurant.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government is imposing a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01/01/2025.
