Location

The holiday complex is located in the bay of Trikorfo (Sithonia-Chalkidiki) on a gentle hillside with a magnificent view of the sea. Due to the arrangement of the semi-detached houses, each with 2 or 3 side-by-side and well-separated from one another, it creates the impression of a small village. The maisonettes, renovated in 2016, are located approx. 70 m to 350 m from the beach. Shopping and entertainment options are located approx. 3 km away. A bus stop is located near the complex. The airport can be reached after approx. 70 km.

The complex has a total of 30 buildings in the middle of an approx. 75,000 m² well-maintained garden property. Footpaths and small lanes lead to the individual houses, which are surrounded by olive trees and are each equipped with reserved parking spaces. The complex also has a reception, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee) on the beach, a bar, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire complex (included). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee.

Accommodation

Hillside Junior Residence

The comfortably and tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 350 m to the sea) are on 2 floors and feature air conditioning. On the lower level, there is a living/dining area with a flatscreen TV, telephone, safe, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), shower/WC, hairdryer, as well as a furnished veranda with a covered pergola. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and direct access to the terrace (M2). All rooms feature a Nespresso machine (capsules included upon arrival, thereafter for a fee). A welcome package with a variety of Greek specialties is provided upon arrival.

Garden Junior Residence

The comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms were renovated in 2025 and are located on 2 floors (approx. 70 m from the beach). They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, telephone, air conditioning, a living/dining area, and 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a furnished kitchenette (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), as well as a furnished veranda with a covered pergola and a terrace with private access to the garden. On the upper floor, there is a balcony.

Hillside Superior Residence

With the same features as the maisonette (approx. 350 m to the sea), these are more spacious, feature 2 bathrooms, and additionally have 2 sofa beds in the lower area. On the upper level, there is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and direct access to the balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, safe, shower/WC, hairdryer (2MI).

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room since January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season (April 1 to October 31):
