The sand/pebble beach is 250 m away, below the hotel, and shops are located in the vicinity. The nearby town of Afitos, with its winding alleys and typical Greek charm, invites you for strolls, while you can relax in the tavernas and bars. A bus stop is about 600 m away. The airport is approximately 75 km away.

The modern designer hotel with a total of 50 rooms presents itself in "Industrial Design" and combines a raw charm with all comforts. Lovingly managed, the hotel offers guests a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi (included), "Tuna Fish" restaurant, and a bar. The well-maintained outdoor area features 2 pools, the main pool is heated and has a large panoramic sun terrace and a cozy pool bar with a magnificent sea view. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and are available for a fee at the beach.

Double room

The double rooms are located in the annex building, just a few steps from the main building. They feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, double bed or 2 single beds, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (refilled daily), and a balcony or terrace (D). All amenities in the main building can be used by guests. Also available as a double room for single occupancy (DE).

Double room with sea view

The modernly furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, double bed or 2 single beds, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (refilled daily), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DM).

Double room with sea view and swim-up access

The rooms are located on the lower floor, directly by the main pool. With the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, they feature a furnished terrace and additionally 2 sun loungers and an umbrella (MBS).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for bookings of these room types, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.

Executive Deluxe Suite with sea view

The spacious suites consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping area. Further amenities include a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, safe, refrigerator, espresso machine (refilled daily with 4 capsules), coffee/tea maker (refilled daily), bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace with a fantastic sea view (XDS).

Deluxe double room with sea view

The Deluxe Double Rooms with Sea View have been renovated for Summer 2025 and feature air conditioning, ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker (refilled daily), espresso machine (refilled daily with 2 capsules), refrigerator, Smart TV (43 inches), safe, Wi-Fi, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace with sea view (DDM).

The day starts with delicious items from a small buffet, which can be enjoyed on the terrace.
For dinner, our guests can choose from a selection of salads, appetizers, main courses, and desserts.

The private spa area offers guests a whirlpool as well as a sauna and hammam with a dreamlike view of the sea. Guests can reserve the spa area for 1-4 people and enjoy relaxation with privacy (the first visit to the spa area is free for 45 minutes).
