The sand/pebble beach is 250 m away, below the hotel, and shops are located in the surrounding area. The nearby village of Afitos, with its winding alleys and charming typical Greek atmosphere, invites you for strolls, while you can relax in the tavernas and bars. A bus stop is approximately 600 m away. The airport is about 75 km away.

The modern design hotel with a total of 50 rooms presents itself in "industrial design," combining a raw charm with every comfort. Very lovingly managed, the hotel offers guests a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi (included), "Tuna Fish" restaurant, and a bar. The well-maintained outdoor area features 2 pools; the main pool is heated and has a large panoramic sun terrace and a cozy pool bar with a magnificent sea view. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

The double rooms are located in the annex building, just a few steps from the main building. They feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, double bed or 2 single beds, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (refilled daily), and a balcony or terrace (D). All amenities in the main building can be used by guests. Optionally bookable as a single room (DE).

The modernly furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, double bed or 2 single beds, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (refilled daily), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DM).

Double Room Sea View Swim Up

The rooms are located on the lower floor, directly by the main pool. With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View, they feature a furnished terrace and additionally 2 sun loungers and an umbrella (MBS).
"The Double Rooms Sea View Swim Up are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay close attention to your children when using this area and act with caution."

Executive Deluxe Suite Sea View

The spacious suites consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping area. Further amenities include a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, safe, refrigerator, espresso machine (refilled daily with 4 capsules), coffee/tea maker (refilled daily), bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace with a fantastic sea view (XDS).

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The Double Rooms Deluxe Sea View were renovated for Summer 2025 and feature air conditioning, a ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker (refilled daily), espresso machine (refilled daily with 2 capsules), refrigerator, Smart TV (43 inches), safe, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DDM).

The day begins with delicious items from a small buffet, which you can enjoy on the terrace.
For dinner, our guests can choose from a selection of salads, appetizers, main courses, and desserts.

Note for Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
