Location

Located in the heart of Chalkidiki, on the Kassandra peninsula, the hotel is nestled amidst beautiful nature, inviting you to relax and unwind.
The picturesque, hotel-owned sandy/pebble beach is about 1km away and, with its beach bar (for ages 12+), is the ideal starting point for relaxation. The town center is about 500m away, and Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 70km away.

Opened in 1996 and traditionally managed, the "Petrino Eco Village" hotel impresses with its unique composition of style and sustainability. Designed like a small village and featuring 33 lovingly furnished rooms spread across 40 small houses, it immediately creates a feeling of home. The hotel has a reception and Wi-Fi (included in outdoor areas). For culinary enjoyment, traditional dishes, grown in the hotel's own organic garden, are served at the bistro by the pool bar. The outdoor area, with its lush garden, includes a swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and at the hotel's adults-only beach bar, they are available for a fee.

Junior Suite

The spacious and modernized rooms feature a combined living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, wardrobe, bath or shower/WC and cosmetic products, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included on the veranda), air conditioning, and a mini-fridge (empty). All junior suites are on the ground floor and have a private, furnished terrace with garden views (JS2).

Family Room

With identical basic amenities as the Junior Suites, the family rooms consist of 2 separate bedrooms, a coffee machine, and offer ample space, especially for families (DF2).

Superior Maisonette

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, the maisonettes are spread over 2 floors. The lower level contains the living area with a sofa bed, and the main bedroom is on the upper level. Both levels are connected by a wooden staircase (2MI).

Available upon request with a private small furnished garden and private pool. Guests of the private pool maisonettes receive an additional fresh fruit basket and a bottle of wine upon arrival in their room. Furthermore, breakfast can be conveniently enjoyed in bed (MT2).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons for children, Schauinsland-Reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Premium Maisonette

With identical basic amenities as the Superior Maisonettes, the Premium Maisonettes feature a Smart TV and a coffee machine.
Additionally, upon booking a Premium Maisonette, a fresh fruit basket and a bottle of wine will be provided in the room upon arrival. Furthermore, breakfast can also be enjoyed in bed upon request to start your day completely relaxed (2MN).

If breakfast is booked, guests will be served a breakfast basket with a selection of traditional dishes in their room, or it can be enjoyed in the small buffet restaurant.
All meals are lovingly prepared in a traditional Greek style. Many of the products offered are homegrown and come from the hotel's own organic garden.

Information for climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room from 01.01.2025.
