Location

Idyllically situated in the health resort of Oberwiesenthal, at the foot of the Fichtelberg mountain with views of the mountains and the reservoir, this adult-only hotel welcomes guests aged 14 and over. The town center is just a few minutes' walk away. The cross-border network of hiking trails, spanning more than 300 km, is perfect for long walks and mountain bike tours. In winter, more than 15 km of slopes, 70 km of cross-country trails, and 2 km of sledding runs await on the Fichtelberg.

The friendly hotel, partially renovated in 2024, offers a total of 172 rooms, a reception, an indoor pool, a terrace, and the beautiful "AHORNWell" wellness area, which features a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and relaxation room. A breakfast room, a restaurant, a hotel bar, and a traditional "Stüberl" lounge are available for your dining needs. Cyclists can make use of the hotel's own lockable bicycle storage room.
