Location

The Lagoon City is located directly on the white sandy beach of the Stettiner Haff. The calm water and the shallow shore are a paradise for children and also offer ideal conditions for non-swimmers. Many cycling or hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity and offer wonderful tours through forests and fields. Countless excursion destinations, small towns, and diverse gastronomy will accompany you on your exploration trips.

Facilities

The family-friendly resort consists of 7 apartment buildings with a total of 251 holiday apartments and offers its guests a breakfast room, a bistro with a bakery, a beer garden and a harbor bar (seasonally open), a barbecue area, a small library, a playground, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Accommodation

1-Room Apartment Landside

The 1-room apartments on the land side (A1L, "Kamig-Haken", Type H, approx. 25-30 m²) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with a spacious double bed, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette with a small dining area, and a shower/WC. The apartments do not have a balcony and offer a view of the courtyard.
Energy, water costs, and final cleaning are included in the travel price.

1-Room Apartment Harbor Side

The 1-room apartments on the harbor side (A1H, "Ueckerkopf", Type P, approx. 25-30 m²) have a view of the harbor and a balcony or terrace, with otherwise the same amenities and size as the 1-room apartments on the land side.
Energy, water costs, and final cleaning are included in the travel price.

2-Room Apartment Landside

The 2-room apartments on the land side (A2L, "Kamigkrug", Type L, approx. 45-50 m²) are larger than the 1-room apartments on the land side with otherwise the same amenities and are equipped with a living room with a double sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartments face the courtyard and have a balcony or terrace.
Energy, water costs, and final cleaning are included in the travel price.

2-Room Apartment Harbor Side

The 2-room apartments on the harbor side (A2H, "Binsenkamp", Type Q, approx. 45-50 m²) have a view of the harbor, with otherwise the same amenities and size as the 2-room apartments on the land side.
Energy, water costs, and final cleaning are included in the travel price.

3-Room Apartment Harbor Side

The 3-room apartments on the harbor side (A3H, "Muschelgrund", Type W, approx. 60 m²) have an additional separate bedroom with bunk beds (sometimes also a double bed or rollaway bed) and a separate kitchen, with otherwise the same amenities as the 2-room apartments on the harbor side.
