Location

The Lagunenstadt is located directly on the white sandy beach of the Stettiner Haff. The calm water and the gently sloping shore are a paradise for children and also offer ideal conditions for non-swimmers. Numerous cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity, offering wonderful tours through forests and fields. Countless excursion destinations, charming villages, and a diverse culinary scene await you on your explorations.

Facilities

The family-friendly holiday complex consists of 7 apartment buildings with a total of 251 holiday apartments and offers its guests a breakfast room, a bistro with a bakery, a beer garden and a harbor bar (open seasonally), a barbecue area, a small library, a playground, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Accommodation

1-room apartment, land view

The 1-room apartments with land view (A1L, "Kamig-Haken", Type H, approx. 25-30 m²) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with a generous double bed, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette with a small dining area, and a shower/WC. The apartments do not have a balcony and offer a view of the courtyard side.
Energy and water costs, as well as final cleaning, are included in the travel price.

1-room apartment, harbor view

The 1-room apartments with harbor view (A1H, "Ueckerkopf", Type P, approx. 25-30 m²) have, with otherwise identical equipment and size to the 1-room apartments with land view, a view of the harbor water and a balcony or terrace.
Energy and water costs, as well as final cleaning, are included in the travel price.

2-room apartment, land view

The 2-room apartments with land view (A2L, "Kamigkrug", Type L, approx. 45-50 m²) are, with otherwise identical equipment to the 1-room apartments with land view, larger and equipped with a living room with a double sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartments face the courtyard side and have a balcony or terrace.
Energy and water costs, as well as final cleaning, are included in the travel price.

2-room apartment, harbor view

The 2-room apartments with harbor view (A2H, "Binsenkamp", Type Q, approx. 45-50 m²) have, with otherwise identical equipment and size to the 2-room apartments with land view, a view of the harbor water.
Energy and water costs, as well as final cleaning, are included in the travel price.

3-room apartment, harbor view

The 3-room apartments with harbor view (A3H, "Muschelgrund", Type W, approx. 60 m²) have, with otherwise identical equipment to the 2-room apartments with harbor view, an additional separate bedroom with bunk beds (partially also double beds or rollaway beds) and a separate kitchen.
