Location

The hotel is located approx. 50 m from the fine sandy beach. It is quietly nestled in the rear area of its sister hotels GRIFID Vistamar and GRIFID Metropol. The hotel's own water park and multi-purpose court can be reached directly via the terraced garden. The lively center of Golden Sands with its diverse entertainment and shopping facilities is approx. 500 m from the hotel. Transfer time from Varna Airport: approx. 40 minutes.

The spacious hotel, particularly popular with families, has 296 rooms, which will be newly and tastefully designed in Winter 2025/26. The rooms are spread across 8 floors in the main building and 6 floors in the two annex buildings. The hotel facade, renovated for the 2025 season, impresses with its modern and refreshing design. Facilities include a lobby with reception, elevators, a lounge bar with terrace, a stylishly designed main buffet restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants (including the renovated Asian and Italian restaurants, the fish restaurant, and the traditional Bulgarian restaurant), a coffee and pastry corner, a GRIFID logo shop, a snack terrace, and a beach bar. In the spacious and beautifully landscaped garden area with a new sun terrace, there are 2 swimming pools with a pool bar. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and at the beach subject to availability (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella per room included). Additionally, the hotel features an indoor pool and a unique water park for all ages with free admission for hotel guests (open June-September/weather dependent). The use of adult slides is only permitted for individuals with a height of 1.40 m or taller. Furthermore, the multi-purpose court allows for numerous activities for guests who wish to be active during their holiday.

The redesigned double rooms are equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (daily refilled included), coffee/tea maker, pillow menu, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Also bookable as a single+child room for an extra charge (D1K). (Also bookable under VARA58 with D/DA/D1K/DE).

Family Room

The family rooms, newly renovated in 2025, have the same amenities as the double rooms, plus a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (separated by a sliding door). Further amenities include a shower/WC, a coffee/tea maker, and laminate flooring (DF2).

Superior Saver Room

The superior saver rooms, otherwise equipped like the double rooms, are slightly smaller and may be located in a less advantageous position (SSZ).

The single rooms, otherwise equipped like the double rooms, are slightly smaller (E).

Katta's Double Room

Katta's double rooms, otherwise equipped like the newly designed double rooms, are additionally child and family-friendly, decorated with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls and offer many small extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests. These include, for example, children's bathrobes or towels with Katta motifs, a children's step stool for the sink, a small children's table with two chairs, two cozy little beanbags, and a height chart for children with cute Katta motifs (DZK).

Katta's Family Room

Katta's family rooms, otherwise equipped like the newly designed family rooms with a connecting door, also feature a fun design for the bunk beds in the children's room and have an additional entrance. Furthermore, the child and family-friendly decoration with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls delights guests with many small extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests. These include, for example, children's bathrobes or towels with Katta motifs, a children's step stool for the sink, a small children's table with two chairs, two cozy little beanbags, and a height chart for children with cute Katta motifs (KWF).

Deluxe Double Room (VARA58)

The deluxe rooms, furnished in a traditional style, offer twin beds, 1 extra bed (sofa bed), laminate flooring, minibar (free of charge), balcony, internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge), and satellite TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from May to October) and a bathroom with a shower (DD2). Optionally bookable as a single occupancy (DD1).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style at the main restaurant including "show cooking", theme nights twice a week and BBQ evenings in the garden (July and August). Dinner at the à la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, Bulgarian, and a fish restaurant. Reservations required). Late riser à la carte breakfast at the food court from 8:30 AM to 10 AM, late riser breakfast additionally from approx. 10 AM to 12 PM and warm snacks/lunch at the terrace restaurant (approx. 2 PM to 5 PM), homemade pastries, ice cream, and coffee/tea (approx. 10 AM to 12 PM and approx. 2:30 PM to 5 PM) at the coffee and pastry corner. Local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the open bars (9 AM to 12 AM). Local drinks at the beach bar (approx. 10 AM to 5 PM). The minibar is refilled daily with non-alcoholic drinks, water, and beer. Every 10 days, guests are invited to a Gala Dinner in the buffet restaurant.
GRIFID Dine-Around Program (reservations required): In selected à la carte restaurants of the hotels Grifid Vistamar and Grifid Metropol (16+). Here, you can expect molecular gourmet cuisine, among other highlights.
At all GRIFID group hotels, guests can use the All Inclusive until their transfer pick-up time.
When guests from other GRIFID hotels visit the GRIFID Aquapark, snacks and soft drinks at the snack bar in the water park are included for guests of the GRIFID Vistamar hotel. Soft drinks are included for guests and visitors of other GRIFID hotels.

Sports Included

Multi-purpose sports court, tennis, football (floodlights at extra charge), volleyball and basketball court, boccia, table tennis, darts, billiards, fitness room, air rifle shooting, indoor pool, a well-fit zone with various activities, e.g. aerobics, Pilates, Zumba, Tae Bo, Fit Ball, relaxing walks on the beach, Nordic walking, and hiking.

Children's Program

"Katta's Holiday"
Dear children, do you know what I love to do most? Have a holiday, of course! Wouldn't you like to visit me at the hotel for a few days and have a holiday together with me? We can play, craft, solve puzzles, and read stories together. In the evening, we'll rock the mini-disco. I'll give every child a personal travel diary. So, what do you say?

In addition, the hotel offers a cheerful mini-club daily for children aged 4-12 from approx. 10 AM to 12 PM and from approx. 3 PM to 5:30 PM. For the little ones, there is a mini-club in the form of a pirate ship, as well as a bouncy castle, a climbing playground, children's entertainment, a children's disco, children's yoga, and a children's show every 2 weeks. Healthy baby and children's menus in the à la carte restaurants. Additionally, lunch and dinner can also be taken with the animators, with a special children's buffet for lunch and a separate seating area on the food court terrace.
