Location

The hotel is located approx. 50 m from the fine sandy beach. It is quietly nestled behind its sister hotels, GRIFID Vistamar and GRIFID Metropol. An on-site water park and multi-purpose court can be reached directly via the terraced garden complex. The lively center of Golden Sands, with its versatile entertainment and shopping options, is located approx. 500 m from the hotel. Transfer time from Varna airport: approx. 40 minutes.

This spacious and family-friendly hotel features 296 rooms, which are being newly and tastefully designed in winter 2025/26. The rooms are distributed across 8 floors in the main building and 6 floors in the two annexes. The hotel facade, renovated for the 2025 season, impresses with a modern and refreshing design. Facilities include a lobby with reception, elevators, a salon bar with terrace, a stylishly designed main buffet restaurant, 4 à-la-carte restaurants (including the renovated Asian and Italian restaurants, the fish restaurant, and the traditional Bulgarian restaurant), a coffee/pastry corner, a GRIFID logo shop, a snack terrace, and a beach bar. In the spacious and beautifully landscaped garden area with a new sun terrace, there are 2 swimming pools with a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and are available at the beach subject to availability (2 loungers and 1 umbrella per room included). Additionally, the hotel features an indoor pool and a unique aquapark for all ages with free entry for hotel guests (open June-September, weather permitting). Use of the adult slides is only permitted for those with a height of at least 1.40 m. Furthermore, the multi-purpose court offers numerous activities for guests who enjoy staying active during their holiday.

The newly designed double rooms are equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (daily refill included), coffee/tea maker, pillow menu, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D).
Double room Type A (DA), with the same facilities, can be occupied by 2 adults and 2 children.
Also bookable as a Single+Child room for an extra charge (D1K).

Family room

The family rooms, newly renovated in 2025, have the same facilities as the double rooms and feature a living/bedroom and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (separated by a sliding door). Further facilities include shower/WC, a coffee/tea maker, and laminate flooring (DF2).

Super Saver room

The super saver rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms, are slightly smaller, and may be located in a less advantageous position (SSZ).

Single room

The single rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms but are slightly smaller (E).

Katta's Double room

Katta's double rooms have the same facilities as the newly designed double rooms, are additionally set up to be child- and family-friendly with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls, and feature many little extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests. This includes, for example, children's bathrobes or towels with Katta motifs, a children's step stool for the sink, a small children's table with two chairs, two cozy little beanbags, and a measuring chart for children with sweet Katta motifs (DZK).

Katta's Family room

Katta's family rooms have the same facilities as the newly designed family rooms with connecting doors, additionally feature a fun bunk bed design in the children's room, and have an extra entrance. In addition, the child- and family-friendly decoration with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls delights guests and surprises them with many little extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests. This includes, for example, children's bathrobes or towels with Katta motifs, a children's step stool for the sink, a small children's table with two chairs, two cozy little beanbags, and a measuring chart for children with sweet Katta motifs (KWF).

Double room Deluxe (VARA58)

The Deluxe rooms, decorated in a traditional style, offer twin beds, 1 extra bed (sofa bed), laminate, minibar (free of charge), balcony, internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge), satellite TV, centrally controlled air conditioning (from May to October), as well as a bathroom with a shower (DD2). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (DD1).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style at the main restaurant, including "show cooking," 2 thematic evenings per week, and BBQ evenings in the garden (July and August). Dinner in à-la-carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, Bulgarian, and a fish restaurant; reservations required). À-la-carte breakfast at the food court from 8:30-10:00, late-riser breakfast additionally from approx. 10:00-12:00, and warm snacks/lunch at the terrace restaurant (approx. 14:00-17:00), homemade pastries, ice cream, and coffee/tea (approx. 10:00-12:00 and from approx. 14:30-17:00) in the coffee/pastry corner. Local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the respective open bars (09:00-24:00). Local drinks at the beach bar (approx. 10:00-17:00). The minibar is refilled daily with non-alcoholic drinks, water, and beer. Every 10 days, guests are invited to a gala evening in the buffet restaurant.
GRIFID Dine-Around program (reservations required): In selected à-la-carte restaurants of the hotels Grifid Vistamar and Grifid Metropol (16+). Here, as a special highlight, you can look forward to molecular gourmet cuisine, among other things.
In all hotels of the GRIFID Group, guests can use All Inclusive until their transfer pick-up time.
When the GRIFID aquapark is visited by guests from other GRIFID hotels, snacks and soft drinks at the water park snack bar are included for guests of the GRIFID Vistamar hotel. For guests and visitors of other GRIFID hotels, soft drinks are included.

"Katta is going on vacation"
Dear children, do you know what I like doing best? Going on vacation, of course! Don't you want to visit me at the hotel for a few days and go on vacation with me? We can play, do crafts, solve puzzles, and read stories together. In the evening, we'll rock out at the mini-disco. I'll give every child a personal travel diary. So, how does that sound?

Additionally, the hotel offers a cheerful daily mini-club for children aged 4-12 years from approx. 10:00-12:00 and from approx. 15:00-17:30. For the little ones, there is a mini-club in the shape of a pirate ship as well as a bouncy castle, a climbing playground, children's animation, children's disco, children's yoga, and a children's show once every 2 weeks. Healthy baby and children's menus in the à-la-carte restaurants. Additionally, lunch and dinner can be eaten together with the entertainers, while there is a special children's buffet for lunch and a separate seating area on the food court terrace.

All treatments and beauty procedures, sauna, hamam, and beauty salon are charged separately! Hamam with steam bath, two saunas, hydromassage bath, hot stone massage, mud treatments, relax zone. Boutique massage oils, aroma scents and body care products, hairdresser, manicure and pedicure, massage rooms, facial and body treatments, as well as a wide range of wellness applications, body and facial cosmetics.
