Location

Quietly located on the outskirts of the resort town of Goldstrand, this high-quality hotel belonging to the HVD chain is approximately 800 meters from the vibrant promenade with its many restaurants and bars, as well as the fine sandy beach. The transfer time from Varna Airport is about 40 minutes.

The HVD Viva Club offers its guests a modern, air-conditioned lobby with a reception. Two elevators connect the 8 floors with a total of 260 rooms. The hotel also features a main restaurant, a grill restaurant, and an Italian à la carte restaurant, as well as a show stage. The pool area with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool bar provides space for relaxation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the hotel's private beach section (subject to availability). The hotel's private beach section is open from June 1st to September 15th (weather permitting). During this period, the hotel offers a shuttle service (included). A beach bar (approx. 10 am - 5 pm) and a snack bar (approx. 11 am - 5 pm) are located on the beach.

Double Room

The tastefully designed double rooms (approx. 17 sqm) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, minibar (refilled daily with mineral water, juice, red and white wine, beer, candy, and gummy bears included), coffee capsule machine (refilled daily), centrally controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe (rental fee applies), and a balcony (D, DI). Also available for single occupancy (DE).

Double Room Superior

The Double Rooms Superior are equipped like the Double Rooms, but are slightly more spacious (approx. 27 sqm) and have an additional sofa bed (DSU).
(Additionally bookable under VARA01, from Summer 2026 as DZ Deluxe Superior (UD2 ).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (approx. 36 sqm) offer a large living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (suitable for 2 children) and have 1 bathroom with shower/WC and a separate WC (DF2).

Economy Double Room

The Economy Double Rooms, otherwise equipped like the Double Rooms, are slightly smaller and located on the first floor facing the park side (SSZ).

Apartment without kitchenette

The Apartments without kitchenette (approx. 35 sqm) consist of two double rooms (2x shower/WC) with an connecting door (A12).

Both breakfast and the late riser breakfast (until approx. 11 am) offer a rich buffet with a wide selection and whole grain products.
Lunch and dinner are also served buffet-style. 5 themed evenings per week (Bulgarian, Italian, Asian, Balkan cuisine, and seafood night). Weekly gala dinner.
The à la carte restaurants are included once per stay with reservation (minimum stay of 7 days). A snack bar (on the hotel's private beach section) additionally offers light meals from approx. 11 am to 5 pm, as well as coffee/tea, cake, and ice cream.
A wide selection of local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, mineral water, coffee/tea, wine (bottled), beer, cocktails, and long drinks are available daily at the lobby bar (approx. 8 am - 12 am) and at the pool bar (approx. 10 am - 11 pm). From June 1st to September 15th and weather permitting: Beach bar (10 am - 5 pm) / Snack bar (11 am - 5 pm).

Sports included

Water polo, water aerobics, aerobics, table tennis, billiards, darts, boccia, fitness room, volleyball, and a multi-purpose court with artificial turf.
