Location

The hotel is located on a quiet side street in one of the most popular parts of Sozopol. The center of Sozopol's new town is approx. 200 m away, and the historic old town is approx. 700 m away. You can reach the magnificent sandy beach in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 400 m). Shopping and entertainment options, shops, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

This hotel, very popular with repeat guests, offers everything for a successful holiday. Nestled in lush greenery, with floral design wherever you look and beautifully landscaped botanical features in all indoor and outdoor areas, the hotel impresses with its attentive staff and warm management. You will find the reception in the welcoming lobby. The outdoor area features a beautiful swimming pool with a sun terrace, seating, sun loungers, and parasols (included and subject to availability). Beach/pool towels are available to guests for a deposit. There is also a small café in the garden (open seasonally from approx. mid-June to mid-September).

Double room

The double rooms (approx. 14m²) are equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds. Further amenities include terracotta or parquet flooring, air conditioning, satellite TV (flat screen), refrigerator, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished balcony facing the garden or the inland side (D). Can also be booked for single use for an extra charge (DE).

Large double room

These double rooms (approx. 20m²) offer the same facilities as the double rooms but are larger and equipped with an additional single bed (DSU). The rooms may face the inland side or the street (some also with sea view).

Studio with/without kitchenette

The studios without kitchenette (S2A) feature a double bed, 2 additional separate beds, shower/WC, refrigerator, hairdryer, electric kettle, air conditioning, satellite TV, sitting area with sofa bed, and a furnished balcony facing the street.
The studios with kitchenette (S12) offer the same facilities as the studios without kitchenette (S2A) and additionally include a stove, a sink, a microwave, a sandwich toaster, and kitchenware.
