Location

The hotel is located on a quiet side street in one of Sozopol's most popular areas. The center of the new town of Sozopol is approx. 200 m away, and the historic old town is approx. 700 m away. You can reach the beautiful sandy beach in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 400m). Shops, entertainment, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel, very popular with returning guests, offers everything for a successful holiday. Nestled in lush green nature, with floral designs wherever you look, and beautifully landscaped botanical areas in all indoor and outdoor spaces. The hotel impresses with its lovingly managed by attentive staff and is praised by regular guests with the description 'Clean & Green'.
In the friendly lobby, you will find the reception. The outdoor area features a beautiful swimming pool with a sun terrace, seating, loungers, and sunshades (included and subject to availability). The garden also has a small café (open seasonally from mid-June to mid-September).

Accommodation

Double room

The double rooms (approx. 14m²) are equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds. Further amenities include terracotta or parquet flooring, air conditioning, satellite TV (flat screen), refrigerator, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished balcony overlooking the garden or land side (D). Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DE).

Large double room

These double rooms (approx. 20m²) are larger than the standard double rooms and feature an additional single bed (DSU), with all other amenities being the same. The rooms can face the land or street side (some with sea view).

Studio with/without kitchenette

The studios without kitchenette (S2A) have a double bed, 2 additional separate beds, shower/WC, refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle, air conditioning, satellite TV, a seating area with a sofa bed, and a furnished balcony facing the street.
The studios with kitchenette (S12) have the same amenities as the studios without kitchenette (S2A) and additionally include a stove, sink, microwave, sandwich toaster, and dishes.
