Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in a picturesque setting. It is situated in the heart of a nature reserve, on a gentle hillside, nestled in the dunes and only approx. 7 km from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a magnificent bay are in the immediate vicinity. Small lanes, footpaths, and the local architecture of the magnificent hotel complex will surprise and delight you with their special atmosphere. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

Spanning more than 50 hectares, the resort features a total of 5 hotels catering to families, solo travelers, couples seeking peace and quiet, friends, and active holidaymakers. It includes 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own aquapark, sun terraces with sun loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach, many sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and beverage stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, a mini-golf course, an archery range, and even its own small harbor. Various water sports are available on the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been replicated here to perfection and leaves nothing to be desired.
The Duni Royal Pelican Hotel welcomes you at the highest point of the Duni Royal Resort. The elegant hotel combines family holidays with active vacations. Created in the style of the Bulgarian Renaissance, the resort impresses with its tasteful ambiance. The 238 rooms are bright and friendly, offering space for the whole family. The imposing lobby with reception and guest relations provides a pleasant welcome; elevators are available as a matter of course. A restaurant, a lobby bar, and a pool bar complete the culinary offerings.
In the beautiful outdoor area with a sun terrace, there is a large freshwater pool with an integrated children's/baby pool and a separate children's pool. A highlight for all ages is the 'DUNI Aquapark' with 6 slides and a separate children's splash pool (open from 1.6.-15.9., weather permitting). Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included on all sun terraces and lounging areas by the pool and at the hotel's beach section (subject to availability). A delightful walk leads you along a green park area approx. 450 m to the fine sandy beach, where you will also find a snack bar with food and drinks. Along the way, shade-providing trees and benches line the path.
Guests are welcome to use all amenities of the sister hotels Duni Belleville, Duni Marina Beach, and Duni Holiday Village, provided they are open. The restaurants, bars, pools, and the indoor pool of the Marina Royal Palace hotel are exclusively for the use of guests who have booked that specific hotel. In the Duni Marina Royal Palace hotel, there is also a special highlight of the resort: on the roof of the neighboring luxury hotel, there is a "Sky Bar" where guests can be served drinks and cocktails in the evening in a chic setting (not included in the AI offer and available for a fee).

Double room land side

The double rooms on the land side are equipped with two single beds, bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (15.6.-15.9., centrally controlled), carpet or tile floor, rental safe, desk, sofa bed, clothes dryer, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, room service (for a fee), and a furnished balcony.
Double rooms with partial sea view, facing the pool, or for single occupancy are available for an extra charge.

Super saver room

Super saver rooms are generally rooms that differ from standard rooms in location, size, and equipment. The assignment is at the discretion of the local hotelier (limited quota and special price).

Junior suite

Junior suites are more spacious, with otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, and are additionally equipped with 2 sofa beds for the 3rd and 4th person.

In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself at breakfast (approx. 7:30-10:00, small late-riser breakfast 10:00-11:00), lunch (approx. 12:30-14:30), and dinner (approx. 19:00-21:30) from the rich themed buffet. During the day, there is coffee and cake in the buffet restaurant. Cocktails, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar and pool bar during their respective opening hours. The bars in the lobbies and at the aquapark are open daily until midnight. Additionally, sandwich stalls are available in the expansive complex at various stations from approx. 11:30-18:00, offering snacks. There is a snack bar in front of the beach area, which allows guests to visit in swimwear.
Once a week, you can also choose to have dinner in one of the two à la carte restaurants for a small additional charge (adults €8 / children €4) (subject to availability and prior reservation).
