Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in a picturesque setting. It is located in a nature reserve, on a gentle slope, nestled among dunes and only approx. 7 km from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a beautiful bay are in close proximity. Small alleys, walking paths and typical local architecture of the magnificent hotel complex surprise and delight with a special ambiance. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

The resort covers an area of more than 50 hectares and comprises a total of 5 hotels for families, solo travelers, and those seeking rest, couples, friends, and sports enthusiasts. It offers 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own water park, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach, numerous sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and drink stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, a mini-golf course, an archery range, and even its own small harbor. Various water sports are available at the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been perfectly recreated here, leaving no holiday wishes unfulfilled.
The Duni Royal Pelican Hotel welcomes you at the highest point of the Duni Royal Resort. This elegant hotel combines family and active holidays. Designed in the style of Bulgarian Renaissance, the resort impresses with its tasteful ambiance. The 238 rooms are bright and friendly, offering space for the whole family. The impressive lobby with reception and guest services provides a pleasant welcome; elevators are naturally available. A restaurant, a lobby bar, and a pool bar complete the culinary offerings.
The beautiful outdoor area with a sun terrace features a large freshwater pool with an integrated children's/baby pool and a separate children's pool. A highlight for all ages is the 'DUNI Aquapark' with 6 slides and a separate children's splash pool (open from June 1 to September 15, weather permitting). Loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included on all sun terraces and at the pool and beach areas of the hotel (subject to availability). A pleasant walk through a green park area of approx. 450 meters leads you to the fine sandy beach, where a snack bar with food and drinks is also located. Shady trees and benches line the path along the way.
Guests may use all amenities of the sister hotels Duni Belleville, Duni Marina Beach, and Duni Holiday Village, provided they are open. The restaurants, bars, pools, and indoor pool of the Marina Royal Palace hotel are only available to guests who have booked that hotel. The Duni Marina Royal Palace hotel also houses a special highlight of the resort: a "Sky Bar" on the roof of the adjacent luxury hotel, serving drinks and cocktails in a chic ambiance in the evenings (not included in the All-Inclusive package and subject to a fee).

Double Room Landside

The Double Rooms Landside are equipped with two single beds, bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (June 15 - September 15, centrally controlled), carpeted or tiled floor, rental safe, desk, sofa bed, clothes dryer, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, room service (for a fee), and a furnished balcony.
Double rooms with partial sea view, pool view, or for single occupancy are available at an additional charge.

Super Saver Room

Super Saver Rooms are generally rooms that may differ in location, size, and amenities from standard rooms. Allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier on site (limited availability and special price).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites, with otherwise the same amenities as the Double Rooms, are more spacious and additionally equipped with 2 sofa beds for the 3rd and 4th person.

In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself to breakfast (approx. 7:30-10 AM, small late riser breakfast 10-11 AM), lunch (approx. 12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (approx. 7-9:30 PM) from the extensive themed buffet. Coffee and cake are available in the buffet restaurant during the day. Cocktails, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar and pool bar during their respective opening hours. The bars in the lobbies and at the aquapark are open daily until midnight. Additionally, sandwich stands are available at various stations throughout the expansive grounds from approx. 11:30 AM to 6 PM, offering snacks. In front of the beach area, there is a snack bar that also allows guests to visit in swimwear.
Once a week, you can opt to use one of the two à la carte restaurants in the evening for a small surcharge (adults €8 / children €4) (subject to availability and prior reservation).
