Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in a picturesque setting. It is located in the middle of a nature reserve, on a gentle slope, nestled among dunes and only approx. 7 km from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a beautiful bay are in the immediate vicinity. Small alleys, walking paths, and typically Bulgarian architecture of the magnificent hotel complex surprise and delight with a special ambiance. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

The resort covers an area of over 50 hectares and comprises a total of 5 hotels for families, solo travelers, and those seeking peace and quiet, couples, friends, and sports enthusiasts. It offers 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own water park, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach, numerous sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and drink stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, and a mini-golf course, an archery range, and even its own small harbor. Various water sports are offered on the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been recreated to perfection here and leaves nothing to be desired.
The accommodations at Duni Holiday Village are located in several small villa-style houses, all individually furnished and harmoniously integrated into the village-like grounds with a direct path to the beach (distance approx. 500-600m), along magnificent green areas, park paths, the amphitheater, and other hotel facilities. There is a snack bar on the beach for food and drinks. The villa-like buildings house 293 rooms and suites. The hotel offers its guests their own reception, a buffet restaurant, 2 à la carte restaurants (Bulgarian and Italian, some in other hotels), a pool bar, and a lobby bar. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, as well as a large garden area with plenty of space for sunbathing, playing, and relaxing. Loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. The resort's water park, "DUNI Aquapark" with its 6 water slides, is included for guests and is open from June 1st to September 15th. Guests can use all the amenities of the sister hotels Duni Marina Beach, Duni Pelican, and Duni Belleville, provided they are open. The restaurants, bars, pools, and indoor pool of the Marina Royal Palace Hotel are only available to guests who have also booked the hotel.

Double Room, Land View

The Double Rooms Land View (approx. 23 m²) are equipped with two single beds, bath/WC, hairdryer, carpet or tile flooring, air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), desk, sofa bed as an extra bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (in the lobby), telephone, minibar (for a fee), rental safe, and a furnished balcony. Double rooms for single use and single/child options are available at an additional cost. The double rooms are located in smaller residential buildings, each with approx. 30 rooms. (DL, DEL, D1L)

Suite

The suites (approx. 38-40 m²) are equipped like the double rooms, but consist of a living/sleeping area with a seating area, a sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with a double bed (separated by a door). The suites are located in separate 1-2 story small residential buildings/villas and are individually furnished and decorated. (S2)

Super Saver Room

Super Saver Rooms typically deviate from standard rooms in terms of location, size, and amenities. Allocation is at the discretion of the hotel manager on-site. (SSZ)

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms are renovated and modernly furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, carpet flooring, air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), desk, sofa bed (extra bed), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (in the lobby), telephone, mini-fridge (refilled for a fee), rental safe, and a furnished balcony with a beautiful view. In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself to a rich themed buffet. Breakfast from approx. 7:30 AM to 10 AM, small late riser breakfast from approx. 10 AM to 11 AM, lunch from approx. 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from approx. 7 PM to 9:30 PM. Coffee and cake are available in the buffet restaurant during the day. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as selected cocktails, are served at the lobby bar and pool bar during their respective opening hours.
The bars in the lobbies and at the water park are open daily until midnight. Additionally, sandwich stands are available at various stations throughout the extensive grounds from approx. 11:30 AM to 6 PM, offering snacks. In front of the beach area, there is a snack bar that allows guests to visit in swimwear.
Once a week, a visit to one of the two à la carte restaurants is included for a small service fee (approx. €8 for adults and approx. €4 for children aged 3-12, payable on-site, subject to availability and reservation).

Sports included

Aerobics, aqua aerobics, dance aerobics, step aerobics, ZUMBA, archery, beach volleyball, table tennis, and use of the 10 tennis courts.
Sports activities take place throughout the entire resort.

Entertainment program in the winter months

Please note that outside the main travel season (especially in April-May and October), the hotels and club facilities may partially restrict their entertainment and leisure programs (e.g., animation, mini club, or water sports activities) as well as the opening hours of restaurants and bars due to the lower number of guests and changeable weather.
