Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in a picturesque setting. It is located in the middle of a nature reserve, on a slight hillside, embedded in dunes and only approx. 7 km from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a magnificent bay are in the immediate vicinity. Small alleys, walking paths, and the local architecture of the wonderful hotel complex surprise and delight with a special ambiance. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

Spanning more than 50 hectares, the resort features a total of 5 hotels for families, solo travelers, and couples seeking peace and quiet, as well as friends and sports enthusiasts. It offers 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own aqua park, sunny terraces with sun loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach, many sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and drink stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, a mini-golf course, an archery range, and even its own small harbor. Various water sports are offered on the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been perfectly recreated here and leaves nothing to be desired.
The accommodations at the Duni Holiday Village are located in several small villa-style buildings, all individually furnished and stylishly arranged around the village-like grounds with a direct walking path to the beach (distance approx. 500-600m), along magnificent green areas, park paths, the amphitheater, and other hotel facilities. A snack bar for food and drinks is located on the beach. There are 293 rooms and suites in the villa-like buildings. The hotel offers its guests its own reception, a buffet restaurant, 2 à-la-carte restaurants (Bulgarian and Italian, partly located in the other hotels), a pool bar, and a lobby bar. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, as well as a large garden area with plenty of space for sunbathing, playing, and relaxing. Sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and pool towels are included at the pool and on the beach. The resort's own "DUNI Aquapark" with its 6 water slides is included for guests and is open from June 1st to September 15th. Guests may use all amenities of the sister hotels Duni Marina Beach, Duni Pelican, and Duni Belleville, provided they are open. The restaurants, bars, pools, and the indoor pool of the Marina Royal Palace hotel are exclusively available to guests who have booked that specific hotel.

Double room land side

The double rooms land side (approx. 23 m²) are equipped with two single beds, bath/WC, hairdryer, carpet or tile floor, air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), desk, sofa bed as an extra bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (in the lobby), telephone, minibar (for a fee), safe for rent, and a furnished balcony. Double rooms for single use and single/child variants are bookable at an extra charge. The double rooms are located in smaller residential buildings, each with approx. 30 rooms. (DL, DEL, D1L)

Suite

The suites (approx. 38-40 m²) are equipped like the double rooms but consist of a living/bedroom area with a seating corner, a sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with a double bed (separated by a door). The suites are located in separate 1-2 story small residential buildings/villas and are individually furnished. (S2)

Super saver room

Super saver rooms are generally rooms that can differ from standard rooms in location, size, and equipment. Assignment is at the discretion of the local hotelier. (SSZ)

The Superior double rooms are renovated and modernly furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, carpet flooring, air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), desk, sofa bed (extra bed), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (in the lobby), telephone, mini-fridge (refill for a fee), safe for rent, and a furnished balcony with a beautiful view. In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself to the rich themed buffet. Breakfast from approx. 7:30-10:00 AM, small late-riser breakfast from approx. 10:00-11:00 AM, lunch from approx. 12:30-02:30 PM, and dinner from approx. 07:00-09:30 PM. During the day, coffee and cake are available in the buffet restaurant. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as selected cocktails are served at the lobby bar and pool bar during their respective opening hours.
The bars in the lobbies and at the aqua park are open daily until midnight. In addition, sandwich stands are available at various stations throughout the spacious complex from approx. 11:30 AM to 06:00 PM, offering snacks. A snack bar is located in front of the beach area, which also allows guests to visit in swimwear.
Once per week, a visit to one of the two à-la-carte restaurants is included for a small service fee (approx. 8 € for adults and approx. 4 € for children 3-12 years, payable locally, subject to availability and reservation).

Sports included

Aerobics, aqua aerobics, dance aerobics, step aerobics, ZUMBA, archery, beach volleyball, table tennis, and use of the 10 tennis courts.

Entertainment program in the winter months

Please note that outside the main travel season (especially in the months of April-May and October), the hotels and club facilities may limit their entertainment and leisure programs (e.g., animation, mini club, or water sports) as well as the opening hours of restaurants and bars due to the low number of guests and changeable weather.
