Location

The beautiful resort is located between Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas on a hill and covers around 45,000 m². It is nestled in wonderful nature amidst beautiful green areas, flower beds, and walking paths. The hotel's own beach section is fine-sanded, in some places also natural and rocky (approx. 5 minutes away, shuttle included). The holiday resort Sunny Beach with its many shopping and entertainment facilities, bars, and discotheques can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot (approx. 700m distance). The town of Nessebar with its historic old town center (UNESCO World Heritage site) is worth an excursion and is only approx. 7 km away.
The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The spacious hotel complex offers ideal conditions for a dream family holiday. The hotel has a total of 328 modern and spacious rooms, spread across a main building and 4 residential buildings (lifts available), a bright and friendly lobby, a reception (24h), a main restaurant (buffet) with a kids' buffet, the à la carte restaurant "Taverna" (included once per stay when booking at least 7 nights), the à la carte restaurant "Green and Grill" (for a fee), a snack bar (included) and a cafe (for a fee) complete the culinary offer. In the outdoor area, you will find enough space for sunbathing and relaxing. Shaded arcades invite you to linger. The apartments 2 Bedrooms without kitchenette (approx. 65-70m²) have, apart from otherwise identical facilities to the apartments 1 Bedroom, an additional bedroom (one bedroom with a double bed and one with 2 single beds).
